How cum coaching centres are not responsible when clearly 3 Aspirants died in the basement of coaching centre ??
Clearly this raises many questions safety of building, fire NOC, building clearance etc ?
These Coaching centres charge a fees of 1.50 lakh & more for UPSC Civil Services course per student but provide zero facilities, they run a batch of 300-400 students at one time in tightly packed halls, i mean you can't even strech your legs in classrooms it's that congested.
And when the management of the Coaching centre knew that there was a problem of water logging why didn't they took any action ? Why didn't they closed the institute for that day could have texted students to take a day off. And they could have hired some private labourers if MCD wasn't working.
Some people are defending coaching centres i can understand that you are a fan of Vikas Sir maybe that's the reason.
But how cum Coaching centres are not responsible when clearly 3 Aspirants died in the basement of coaching centre ??
This raises many questions on safety standards of all such building, fire NOC, clearance etc BUT the point is these Coaching centres charge a fees of 1.50 lakh & more for UPSC Civil Services course (per student) & provide zero facilities.
You can ask any Aspirant, they run a batch of 200-300 students at one time in a tightly packed hall, you literally cannot even strech your legs in classrooms it's that CONGESTED !!!
And when the management of the Coaching centre knew that there was a problem of water logging why didn't they took any action ? They could have closed the institute for the rest of the day, could have texted students to take a day off. Management could have timely evacuated the building & should have hired some private labourers if MCD wasn't working.

Vikas sir is gem of a person.
He came forward and took all the responsibility although the tragic incident took place somewhere else and not particularly in his coaching.
He is the captain of the industry and he behaved likely.
We do mourn the loss of the lives of students God must provide courage to the bereaved families.
Culprits should not be spared responsibility should be fixed and Culprits should be punished accordingly.
A clearcut policy should now be put forward and be implemented across country .There should be parity in policy throughout India. The polices of different departments should not be countervailing.
Safety norms are to be implemented by the। Coaching institutes. If a building is unsafe they should not use it for coaching. They should spent some money on safety aspects and carry out security aspects. It is very easy to give lectures on moral values and difficult to follow

MCD and COACHING CENTRE is the one responsible . If MCD has carried out safety check then this wouldn't happened. Not only MCD every organisation speak out only when an incident took place . If they had carried out their duty lot of incidents could have been prevented.
Coaching centre this days are only after earning that's no secrets. The student intake is beyond capacity . Not only that looks at all the fees that this coaching institutes are charging. For 1 year course the fee is 60k plus. The lecturers are earning in terms of 2 lakh and above per month .
