I think its at $130 us a month now for HOA water and garbage and grounds, pool etc. included. You pay for electricity and propane if you use propane appliances or water heater

My husband and I are in our 70s. I want to leave the US because its hard managing with our social security. Boquete and David are cities that appeal to us. Hi, they are pet friendly for small pets. Dogs up to 12" shoulder hight. We have a rescue dog here.
