Trailer sailing what a whole new "experience" thanks for sharing…. No much on tube regarding trailer sailing… Id like to see more of loading and unloading your sail boat on your trailer how you built it and masting and de masting…. You are quite a engineer making this task look so easy. Cheers Salty Seaman.
Good video. Would have been good to see more of the trip from Victoria Point to Moreton. I"m making this trip for the first time in October in a Northwind 23. I'm still learning the ropes , have been out on the bay plenty of times , but Moreton Island will be the furthest I've been. How long roughly does the trip take from Victoria Point? I'm expecting around 6 - 8 hrs , would that be about right?
Thanks Simon, we are located at Wellington Point. We just bought the Cole 19 only a couple of weeks ago so still learning the rigging hoping to be out sailing her soon. Do you know of anyone with experience in regards to the Cole 19?
Hi. I would really like to do just what you are doing. I would not need a boat larger then 7 or 8 meters. I am in south east Wisconsin US, it's 15 degrees here.2.09.2016.I have watched 4 of your video so far. My wife (X now) would not let me get a sail boat.I am moving south this spring. I'll buy a trailer sailor of some kind. What make would you nreccomand? Thank you for the videos. I know next to nothing about a sail boat. I will learn.
I had to watch this one more last time!! Always good another time!! Reminds me of my trailer sailing days!
Nice videos mate, makes me want to get back out on the water.

Just wondering where the Boat ramp is where you launch from. Just bought a cole 19. I normally just head out from Wellington Point.
