Your insight is invaluable. Kids have no idea how lucky they are to have access to some of the best concepts in card magic at their fingertips. Growing up, for me, it was either have a local mentor or read books on method.
You are completely correct I am 51 years old for East Tennessee can you imagine how difficult it was for me to find out anything when I was a young man wanting to lean just one or two things.
So true, I'm only 29 and sometimes I forget that when I was growing up I didn't have access to the world do my fingertips. I mean we didn't even get a family computer until I was maybe 9 or 10, even then you couldn't just hop on the internet and watch anything you wanted to watch lol.
Alex you're one of the hidden gems of the internet. I wish you were more popular -- you've helped me and tons other people get better at their passion. Thanks!
As I watch these tutorials, I am losing my Wonder for Magic but gaining Amazement in Magicians. The talent, time, and patience you've mastered INCLUDING the talent, time, and patience willing to be spent to teach us as well. Thank you, more than you'll ever know.
Really convincing control! One-handed steal into a Gamblers Cop (Hotel Cop by DM) works fine too. I'd love to learn any palm to palm transfer next time
Watching these videos make me so happy! It’s insane how smooth controls like this can be. Also, unlike other card controls, this one doesn’t rely on perfect angles.
your card controls are so amazingly clean. It is unbelievable to watch how effortlessly you do this. Another amazing lesson. Thanks for sharing your insight and talents.
Honestly, I love Marlowe's original. It's super clean, it's super easy, and it's never failed me. The palming off is a great addition though, my palming definitely needs practice, thanks for the tutorial.
I tried to do it. But it’s difficult to do it, I must Practice a bit. A bit very much. I love this move. And your perform it a so nice. When I know what you do I still can’t see it. Super. 👍
Thank you so much for this great tutorial you're amazing at teaching!!! You should have so many more subs, it's crazy how little you have but how good and helpful your channel is, I love u.
Hey man i went on a run of watching Live at the table lectures not all of course but the main guys .. and yours was the best for me.. hope maybe you will return for another .. Thanks :)
thanks so much - ya I was one of the first and only thought it was going to be only a few top guys doing it. Now everyone and their mothers do these live lectures so the interest isn't there for me anymore. Rather put vids here :)
Learning some slight of hand to impress friends and eventually when I have a kid. The one thing I can’t seem to get with this control is: when pulling the bottom card after the brush action, to pull it all the way to the dominant hand side without that top pack condensing. You manage to keep that top straight fanned out without condensing it. Are there any special cues about pressure that I’m goofing up? Anyone can chip in if you have any guidance. I’m totally new. Maybe it’s the cards being too “sticky”?!
Thank you for the tutorial Alex :) I've only been practicing for 2 hours and I see improvement. I'm twelve years old and with some prior skill and knowledge of some card moves, this is pretty easy :) This is what I like about this, it's really convincing, fun to practice, and not too hard to learn, but it's not easy to learn. Thank you for this control. This is exactly the control I want :)
Gee thanks man. Your work is great. I repeat what I've read on some other comments : I can't believe this is free. Thanks for your work. I do however think your intros are a little long. Perhaps you can add the minute where you actually start the tutorial? Just a thought. Great vid. ✌️
Hi Alex. Thank you for that great tutorial. I already knew the "normal" version of that control and the palming move cause it's similar to the bottom deal move. But all in all your version is so much subtle and more interesting to perform that I again learned very much out of it. The only thing I find is that it looks kind of awkward that the outjogged card, showing to the spectator, reveals another card inn the lower section under it. I would get very suspicious about such a sight... But I think the usual spectator won't think that anything is wrong with that? Anyway, I can't tell how much I appreciate that you are sharing your knowledge and thoughts with us here. Is the NOC deck much better inn performance than a standard Bicycle deck? Have a great Christmas time. Cheers.
Hey alex ! I am beginner in magic trick ... Please reply me which card deck is helpful for magic .. (1)Bicycle Standard Or (2)Bicycle rider pack ? Also tell us which card deck u r using ? Must reply ... Its Very helpful for us.. Thanks

Amazing tutorial. Even after learning how you did it, I still cannot see you pulling the card to the bottom. I can't even see a flinch. Amazing.
it's really great to see more and more well produced magic online. People who know what they are actually talking about

The switch is so convincing, you can use blank cards -- each with different drawings -- and do a drawing dupe.
