The men's skirt reminds me of Fijian formal wear. It's a menswear fabric but a mid calf skirt. (no pleats.) I've also wondered when that fashion would cross the equator.

This was in the 60's and it revolutionized female fashion, as menswear became womenswear.
What i noticed about Jennies shoes is that one has a rounded tip and one has a squared one. I'm not a fan of that, it makes the square one kinda look like swim fins.
