@ElAlexxis - just curious... why does it matter? He is offering information, for free, to the public. I'd rather be ahead of the curve than behind it, so I certainly appreciate his review OR commercial, lol.

I'm happy because Fresco is on the Microsoft Surface Pro. Very upsetting seeing all the amazing things you can do with procreate but not having an iPad.
I wasn't feeling to comfortable with Fresco but after this video I might give it another go. Thanks 😊

Honestly Fresco is lacking too many features right now to really recommend it. There are definitely some weird quirks with the water color where the simulation stops really quickly and makes weird sharp lines. The oil paint might appear impressive... But that only means you haven't experienced the free Verve Painter on PC. Verve painter's incredibly fast and realistic dynamics blow Fresco out of the water. It's night and day better.
Too many brush settings are currently not available (that are in Photoshop) such as dual brush, texture, color dynamics, etc...
There's also a ton of minor frustrating things like imported brushes lose their sub folders if they had any, and they auto arrange to alphabetical order. This makes large brush sets impossible to make sense of. Worse yet is the fact that all brushes take on the blend mode, color and size set by the app. This means that if you're using a large painting brush at say 250pixels and then you switch to a pencil brush it will stay at that 250pixels and not look or feel like a pencil at all. If the brush had a built in color (say blue for a sketch brush) that is lost to the default color selected too. Then of course there's the issue that if the brush was made in a certain blend mode, like multiply (which is super important for water color and marker brushes) then the brushes will take on whatever blend mode the app is currently set too which is often normal. This is all shocking too, because you'd expect it from a 3rd party dev who added ABR and TPL support to their drawing app, not Adobe the company who made Photoshop and these formats. Why not build it the right way from the start, is it really that hard?
Another annoying thing is that you can't delete, edit and save, rename, or move downloaded brushes and brush sets. My imported brushes are currently a mess that I can't fix. To add insult to injury I have a bunch of brush sets that didn't fully import so I have the same set over and over with a different number of brushes in each and they're currently stuck that way.
These shortcomings are acceptable of an app made by a smaller company or a startup but not Adobe, arguably the most wealthy company in the digital art space.
Its also totally ridiculous that you can't currently make/import custom live brushes and vector brushes.
For an app that is focused on brushes its honestly shocking how much it's lacking. I can't believe there's no brush creator space (in fact there's no way to make a brush at all) like the feature that's coming to Procreate 5. The brush creator space should also allow you to design seamless textures for the brushes too... I doubt we'd ever be so lucky to get something as obvious as that.

Someone develops it, spends time and work on it and you want it for free? People don’t mind to pay for monthly Netflix but are surprised they have to pay for adobe...smh. Plus, those who are subscribed to adobe already, have fresco for “free”, depending on the bundle they have.
