You’re forgetting about the mod that gives you a different opening. You’ll awake on a different planet in a wagon with a few other gents. Tree’s and mountains are viewable with the mountains covered in mist. All of a sudden, one of the men says “Hey you, you’re finally awake.” It’s good stuff!
What about the alternate start mod where you awake to having a family in the 1970’s and a nuke is dropped so you, your wife, and baby are forced to enter a bomb shelter where you are frozen for 200 years?
omg the no limits mods really got my attention cause it really doesnt make sense to put limits on a freaking ship that you can build til your heart content thank you so much for this video and yes i am going to download these mods
I’m noticing the mods for starfield tend to be mods that just make the game playable. I’ll never forget the time I had with older titles. But it’s just stupid now that you have to install a dlss mod to make the game even run sometimes.
2:00 Use EM weapons if you are too overpowered There are 3 fire groups.. 😅 The ranger quest line on Akila gives a nice ship, that uses them as main weapons. Might try the mods to upgrade it some more tho 😮😂
It's pretty great if you just want to cruise around. I would've loved a seamless transition over the loading screen however, now that would be incredible.
No Thomas The Tank Engine Vasco? No big booty for Sarah? I was expecting to see those on the list. But joke mods aside, someone made a mod that replaces ship weapon sounds with Tie Fighters from Star Wars. That alone makes the combat way more fun.
*cries in console* I legit struggled for 2 hours trying to make a Commander Shepard before giving up, still named my guy Shepard, AND in the process of turning the first ship you get into the Normandy SR1, while the ship you try for beating the Freestar Ranger will be SR2 (Class A ship without the need of Piloting maxed out will make the Normandy feel like a Normandy, especially after reorganizing and adding to it to look like everybody’s favorite frigate
I spent two hours on the ship building in starfield earlier and it was driving me nuts how I can't put parts on top of other parts because the parts I was trying to place remained low , below the bottom of the ship. If there's a method to raise parts in height while shop building on pc I'm missing it somehow. I gave up eventually because of that and because I was getting multiple errors for the ship to not complete
@@MrHulthen thank you. I wasn't aware of this. I will try this today. When I was trying to build most parts remained below the ship so I couldn't finish the build.
@@MrHulthen That worked thank you but the ship builder is still a pain to work with. I built a beautiful ship and it was missing a docking hatch so I deleted a hub and put in a docking hatch which I knew could access the bridge but it was throwing an error that it couldn't access the bridge. I tried putting the docking port in a few different places before giving up and I scrapped the ship because it would not let me finish over the docking port😡
99.9% of the "mods" are just console commands in batch files. I dont consider them real mods until you can use the changes without console commands or if they are actually adding new content.
I love that it has Mass Effect mods already, no space game would be complete without someone makine ME mods for it 😂

Needs Mechs and Xena warfare weapons you can use other than that probably needs more contraband and contraband weapons

I think it will have mod support somewhere in 2024, so you’ll be able to download mods like in Fallout 4 and Skyrim.

On PC it's R to raise elevation and F to lower it, is that perhaps your issue?
