Ich habe so etwas vor fast 40 Jahren gelernt und gemacht. Die Kupferspulen gehen sehr leicht in die Kanäle und es ist noch viel Platz für die Isolierung. Bei uns waren die voller und wir haben uns sehr gequält, alles reinzubekommen. Wir haben die Spulenringe am Ende auch nicht in Form gehämmert (Kurzschlussgefahr) sondern mit einem Seil vorsichtig rechtwinklig gezogen. Ansonsten machen Sie alles so ziemlich wie wir früher. Danke für die Reise in die Erinnerung meiner Jugend.

He has a great number of safe guards in place. And he is still in danger from his work practices. I fear the first thing that will get him Sick will be his poor dust dust mask. He may already have damaged his lungs. COPD can result from exposures to dust and other contaminates. That exposure can occur years before any of the symptoms show up. Please find a good industrial respirator and use it everyday.
A good pressure washer would help with the dust exposure, most of what I see him removing is mud and scale. A good pressure washer would deal with those and could do a better removal faster than what he is doing now.

Most of the parts are now embedded into assembled plastic block where NOTHING can be removed and replaced, therefore sent to the DUMP! The green ecology of Nations starts with the reparing of their appliances rather than dumping them ... This is something that should be brought back to responsible consciences of our consumistic society.

Кстати странно что так не делают. Термопредохранитель стоит рублей 20-150, а спасет он от ремонта на десяток тыс и от простоя оборудования

Для установки подшипников на до использовать оправки из мягких металлов латунь, медь и здесь подшипники греть не надо ,в итоге после такого ремонта двигатель долго не протянет.

а движок вышел из строя потому что был перегрев обдув плохой смазка вытекла из подшипника его заклинило и провернуло на валу потому вал и с ело не хватает обдува охлаждения при такой мощности движка
я думаю он работает как в чайнике накипь потому спираль в чайнике и горит от перегрева

The idea of induction-heating the stator is genius. Most mechanics just throw the stator on open flames, causing lots of fire hazard, energy waste, and environmental pollution.
