Fascinating video, Forrest. I like this LAPD Commander Keith Bushey. I don't remember his name from the arduous OJ trial media coverage, but he is obviously an honorable man. Even in 1982, the news media was overzealous. If not for his experience with the Belushi case influencing his decision to send detectives to OJ Simpson, we will never know how the chain of events in that murder case could have taken a different turn.
I know the area well. I met Jim Belushi a few years ago . We were sitting outside at the Starbucks at the end of Washington Blvd in Venice beach. My friend was wearing a Blues Brothers shirt and he sat next to us and told my friend that he liked his shirt.
I always find these cases interesting so I always love when he posts about these murders that happened back in the day and what's crazy is that it happened here in the city I live in.
Happily surprised to see a new FH video pop up in my recommendations, and an extremely well-made video at that. Boy it's been ages since I saw that lineup of Simpson's attorneys in court. Crossing my fingers to see maybe Richard Ramirez Night Stalker or Hillside Strangler locations.
