Steinz's mom is available again....🤣🤣🤣🤣.....Gotta love those green handles.....Great blade shape as nice to see a knife without all these wild angles and gas station charm....Wood of steel....🤣🤣....When I go camping I bring the chain saw, axe, hatchet, kitchen knife, steak knife, whitler, and camp knife....Oh crap, I also have Steinz's mom meet me there too....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣....Sweet knife even with not being made in the USA....Good stuff....
I have the Eafengrow EF125, and I am very impressed with how well it is. G10 handle scales with Red liners. I made an adapter so the knife hangs lower and its on a pivot.
@@peterbiltknifeguy Yeah, the knife hangs right where I want it. As for the Tek Loc it comes with, when the lock is in the open position, drop a bit of good water proof glue into it, and work the lock back and forth till the glue dries. You might have to do this a few times, to get the lock where you want it, stiffness wise.
Le couteau est magnifique !!! Je l ai recu .....Mais a ce prix là, c est vraiment de l AUS 10 ??? Le manche a des angles un peu douloureux, je vais les poncer ... et mettre de la cire naturelle ... .
I didn’t like it at first but it Eafengrew on me. 😂 Cool knife. It really is very similar to the Junglas. I’ve only heard good things about AUS10. Good steel for the money. 😃👍🏼
I concur with the view that a knife handle works well squared off at the finger side and rounded off at the palm side. Should be an easy matter to round the scales off on this one. I would enjoy doing a rehandle on this knife. I would make it fit my 10" span hand. 7:00 it looks like the sere Oak I bust a maul handle on a few days back. Talk about bringing an axe...
@@dongkhamet1351 it would definitely be easy to reshape the handle on this one. That wood is brutal. It was given to me for my outdoor wood stove. I don’t know where it originated lol
@peterbiltknifeguy when it's so old sometimes it starts to go a little punky, so that the fibres don't split, they seem to just mash up and bind the edge. A Scandi grind might work better because the wide bevel shoulders take the stress off the edge and force the wood apart so it can't trap the blade so hard.
I love my efengrow 143, but this one fixes what I thought was too blunt of a tip on it. Lol I'll probably end up buying this one too. I wonder if it will fit in the 143 sheath?
Hey brother, loved the video! On amazon, I've seen a chopper made by odenwolf. It looks very interesting to me and seems like it might be your type of blade, I recommend taking a look at it!
@@peterbiltknifeguy I was only asking if it was legit, thinking maybe you had ordered from them. If it's legit, they got some decent prices. I sure didn't mean to upset anyone.

EF148 appears to be a smaller brother version of ESEE JUNGLASII. But the price is very superior to its older brother.
Another impressive EF knife. I'm glad you through up your comparison to the Jungalas 2...I had been wondering? Great review.

I got the 141 and 146 recently and really impressed for the price.
They really are one of the best budget fixed blades out there

Can I ask an honest question? What is the point of the whole baton thing? Why not just use a hatchet?
