Brilliant 👏 ma'am . Oh my days! You nailed it. The cake business is definitely a huge clockwork machinery that we often take for granted or allow others make us feel its just flour and butter. No way... we are problem solvers! Thank you madam Dainty. I have got so many funny experiences to draw from. Can you believe that a customer once insisted that she was OK to have a dispatch rider deliver her buttercream cake ? 😃.. Just because she didnt want to pay for a more appropriate mode of transportation? OMG.. I read her the disclaimer notice but I loved my creation and still wanted to protect it. I sought out a most gentle Baba to take it to her and begged him to treat with care. Amazingly , when it got to her .. it had such negligible bruises.. I just laughed. . The cake business is not for the faint hearted. Thanks Madam D for being a trail blazer.!!
