📍By 'local government identification', do you mean my state of origin?
📍I'll be resuming on the 30th of this month by God's grace, are tablets with sim slots allowed? (but with no sim in it)
📍We were told newbies are meant to pay in full and my school fees is over 1.4 million (mass Com). I still don't know if we can pay in installments
Yes state of origin. Any device that has a sim slot will not be allowed. Pay in full at first I highly suggest that. Installments may not be allowed for newbies. See you in CU

LG is good and yes your tablet option is also good but then DELL core i7 serves better if it’s engineering you were admitted for. Yes you will submit documents for verification.
