Game performance is terrible with the steam version of the game as of right now. You will see the GPU usage is all over the place, and the CPU usage is crazy high.

Your CPU is running at 2.6Ghz and your memory at 2666mhz? Doesn't sound right.

You disabled turbo boost on your cpu and you did not enable xmp.
The reported cpu frequency is that of the E cores?

You are correct in saying that those are not the right speeds. And that is because I underclocked the CPU and the RAM to lower the power usage. As such, the RTX 3050 6GB is a low-powered GPU and does not get bottlenecked with lower-end CPUs. I have tested the game with the CPU running at stock speeds, and it performs just the same as seen in the video.
