One of the new uber bosses added in the Necropolis expansion of PoE 3.24 in a T17 normal rarity map with a huge HP pool character with no additional defensive layers so the incoming damage can be clearly seen

These do not look like a stepping stone between normal and Uber bosses at all lol
harder than the uber bosses imo, got tired of them and now I'm just buying the fragments and farming the ubers easily.

Can it do the ubers from t17 fragment drops?

He has 3 x 1 passive Voices. 150% adorned. All his magic corrupted gems are worth 20-50+ div. His gear is beyond insane (ignoring the crucible weapons).
This is a 10+ mirror build so 99.99999% of us won't be attaining these numbers during a live league. The crucible empowered weapons can't be in Necropolis.
He hasn't done this to deceive us or to say "look at my awesome build" but to allow time for us to see the boss mechanics without a death screen every 3 seconds.
Don't expect to have a build anywhere near this good in a live league.

Did you do anything to RF to help tone the visuals down?? I've been struggling with it because of how bright it is

How you still Active RF when Coruscating Elixir Ruby Flask ? When i use it its Drop Life To 1 than RF closed Blood Magic Keystone Active or not same
I think I had that happen with the flask enchant active when full, but I use reuse at the end now and it doesnt happen any more
@lycian7 I encountered the same problem of you. but, at 1:20 in the video shows that the character have Life "recharge" which seem to be the key keep its heath point at 151. The problem solved after i pick the "Eternal youth". It grants the recharge rate of HP while do no harm to the ES regen.
On the other hand, it is true that the flask apply "reuse at the end" is a must. "active when full" will turn off the RF even if life "recharge" deployed.
