I recommend all of the Surugaya Shops in Osaka the most! Cheapest and best! (Ota road, OUTLET on Ota Road, and also one on the main Namba road!)
I found Osaka is way cheaper than Tokyo, but smaller selection.
In Tokyo I recommend all the K-Books shops in ikebukuro, and just walking around in Nakano Broadway! 🙌
