Really great to hear your voice. Your trouble shooting skills and the explanation of what you are thinking is surely helping some of the young guys. Thank you for taking the time to teach (over and over) what seems so easy to you. It is powerful information to the new guys. Your time, knowledge and patience is meaningful work. You should feel pretty good about your contribution to this noble trade. Stay healthy and happy sir. 🙋♂️
Much respect for you my friend, I really admire you for passing the knowledge to the young generation of techs, I can hear the passion in your voice for this noble trade. You remind me of Jim pettinato, I'm pretty sure your labor of love will not go unnoticed and will be rewarded in due time. We watch you in California
Brilliant explanation on these videos. The Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion is doing my head in though. Wanna try doing your next video in Celsius and KPA for the rest of the world lol? There's a challenge for you 😏
Lol, funny enough, I’m in Canada and we use Celsius but all of our PT charts in school were in Fahrenheit. On top of that, all of our manufacturer TD’s and suggested superheat are calculated in Fahrenheit so I had no choice but to teach my brain to use Fahrenheit over Celsius.
Missed your videos sir , what do you recommend someone looking to get into commercial refrigeration/ Hvac service, currently a refrigeration/ HVAC maintenance tech.
Learn schematics, sequence of operations and saturation pressures. I had a book by Dick Werz called refrigeration for A/C techs that helped me alot. There are a lot of good resources on my TH-cam page as well as others on YT.

What model of leak detector are you using

@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH Australia here... i like you even more now 🤙🤙
How do you find the evap TD?
Where do I get my evap TD?
can you link which model and which probe you have for your atkins thermocouple
I think it’s just a k type probe, nothing fancy but Atkins is very accurate
I'm new into refrigeration, and your videos have been gold. Also, where can I get that psi chart from.
You can just google a PT Chart
Did you charge for leak test
Hi, what cleaning spray (or other chemicals) can you recommend for cleaning condensers?
I like to use viper spray
🇺🇸❄👍💪 nice vid always helpful thanks
👍👍
Want some suggestions about freezer and refrigerator brands, atosa vs true.
They don’t build them like they use to, that’s for sure. Anything local is better for warranty purposes.
What’s the reason you used the Bacharach and then the infinicon? And also what leak detector do you use more often?
Inficon was frozen. Inficon is more convenient but I find the H10 to be more sensitive for finding smaller leaks
As a newbie to refer side of hvacr where do i learn these evap tds and condenser tds
They vary but most cap tube reach in are 20 td evap. TXV could be 10f or 20F. Condensors are 30f or 15F, a lot of the newer stuff is 15F or less .
Hey, im new to refrigeration and im just wondering what is TD and how do I find it?
Temperature difference, usually determined by the engineer/manufacturer
Does this reach in freezer count as a reach in refrigerator? I thought freezers had a TD of 10
That's what I exactly was gonna say too.
I don't know if True freezers have their own specific td rather than use 10

@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH thanks a lot !
What's your true full definition of the stress test? Are you saying 1° every 2 minutes it should drop or something close to that?
On a freezer I am looking for 1 degree every minute. Once I get below 10F it will be closer to 2-3 minutes for every 1 degree drop.
When new videos?? :D
Lol, needed a break. Will try to make 1 per month
@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH 1 per day please🤩😁
I think you have been missed...
Lol
Common problem with true coolers/freezer cap tube and evap leaking
