Wow, that was a lot of cards!! I haven’t gotten into the better press or the glimmer, but I do love watching videos about them, I think I might invest in the better press, but I like toner foiling better than hot foiling so I will skip the glimmer. Thanks so much for the video!❤️

Thanks Peggy, I was on a roll! I really enjoy Glimmer once I understood the paper has to be very smooth. Thank you for always being so kind.

Hi, thanks forsharing. When using the Betterpress whit your Big Shot, are you able to get a well depress design ? I’ve tried it with different watercolor paper and other cardstock, also Betterpress watercolor smooth paper, with and without shims, and I find that it doesnt depress enough. It is more noticable to the touch than seing it. Thanks!

I do get the letter press look/feel when I use the BetterPress cotton paper that came with the system. I haven’t tried any other BetterPress paper. Any other cardstock I’ve used doesn’t get the indentation but still looks great. I’d think my regular cardstock isn’t thick enough. There is a slight indentation on the cards I used the Lunar Pastes on, but that would make sense. I saw Yana’s YT video where she used the press plate with no ink to get an embossed look, I’ll try that on regular cardstock and see if it works. Good question.
