Maangchi I made this for my family. I'm 14 yrs old girl. I don't like zucchini so I replaced it with some cabbage. It was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed it . It was super simple yet the best. Thnk you ❤

If you ever put meat in the food processor, always make sure it's cold and the blade is cold. It makes it easier to mince in the processor. So throwing them both in the freezer for 10 minutes before immediately running will help make sure your meat is evenly minced.
I think that is only if you want to mince the meat, here she is making a paste so idk if that is necessary. But 100% if you are mincing meat freeeeeeeezzzzee itttttt alllll
What I love from dumplings are that we could store it in freezer and having it whenever we want.I just make beef filing dumpling week ago,and this chicken dumplings looks really nice and quite easy...I will try to make this soon.Thank you Maangchi for the recipe!
I just made these dumplings and let me tell you... they are SOO GOOD. I had some doubt about the zucchini and the spicy sauce to dip the dumplings in because it stank. the zucchini MUST be in there. all though I don't like zucchini, but it just tasted so good with the chicken. also, I may or may not have forgotten to put salt on the zucchini and squeeze the water out but it didn't change anything tbh. overall def going to make it again.

i have a question... i've never tried dumplings before but i am wondering if the fillings are going to cook aswell while steaming it? cuz the fillings(whether it's chicken or ground meat) are not cooked before the folding process.
@@zhikalhassan4214 I have now made multiple dumpling recipes and if you have a proper steamer and if you follow the recipe you don't have to worry about your meat not being cooked well. The steam is really hot and it cooks your meat beautifully. Chicken needs about 10 minutes and shrimp +/- 20 :)
When I was at camp Carroll in Waegwan there was a bar just outside the gate called Key's. He offered a yaki mandu that was pretty good. What I can't remember was how he made the dipping sauce. It was very delicious and really made the mandu. I would give anything to remember how he made that. Another favorite munchie from there was the fried squid rings. Mmm mmm good stuff. Your sauce was very close. I will use it as the base for me to experiment.

Started watching your channel years ago. I saw your Mexican chayote kimchi video and made it a few months back. I am from Mexico and have been eating chayote my whole life, but it was so good and different with your recipe!! Today I made these and they did not disappoint, absolutely amazing.

We are both art students in France and at that time communicate with a little french. We've tried speaking mother tongue (She in korean, me in shanghai dialect and another friend in another chinese dialect), the magic thing was that we understood 90% of the content.
