Thank you guys for supporting everyone in the track and field world. I am just a supporter have always been being brought by my dad to the golden gala in rome evry summer. And now i go with my kids who have all practised the sport fot years . One is not 20 yet but has already been a trainer for two years. My other son who has competed at a national level is now in the american football team here in italy. But he got where he is thanks to all the years spent on the track and field. So thank you again for talking about watching Jacob documentary. In europe we love athletics just like in the Us. You are giving such a deep breakdown on every event.
Just FYI, Paulino has beat Sydney in a 400 before. As it stands right now. Now, I do think once Syd shifts her focus, she is coming for Paulino, but it will not be easy.
Like the idea of Field Eventers racing each other, Shot Putter Chase Jackson used to be a former 100m Sprinter! BOT in the M400 this yr have 5 men between 44.10 - 44.99 with 3 of them between 20 - 22yrs old, 4th one is 25yrs old & 5th one is 28yrs old, gonna do special things in both 400/4x4 for yrs to come! Also have 3 guys in the M800m who've run between 1.42 - 1.45. Loving the 800m rivalry between Arop & Wanyonyi as Rudisha's incredible WR is on borrowed time which sounds crazy to say! Speaking of JCQ, a record 12 women have run sub 12.4s in the 100mH this yr compared to 7 from last yr with a few more meets still to come! Jakob with his 3K WR continues to prove that he's the King of DL races with pacers & wave-light tech, but I'm sure he'd happily trade all his off-distance WRs for wins in the last THREE Global 1500m Finals! Looking forward to Julien, Dina & Rhasidat all having another yr with Coach Flo who came close to having all 3 as medallists in the W100/200/400m Finals in Paris. Great rivalry between Holloway vs Broadbell (5-4 in Finals races). There's also the likes of Simonelli, Muratake & Zhoya who're only going to get better in the event! Sad to see 34yr old Dalilah in this form, was hoping she'd be able to remain competitive for that 3rd spot behind Syd & Femke as she got older but unfortunately hasn't worked out like that. Gonna be an interesting battle going fwd between Anna C & Jasmine J; Shamier might actually be better off these days in the open 400m given how well she ran in the relays in Paris! Tebogo said he's gonna concentrate on the 100/200m for the next couple of yrs before thinking about taking on the 400m full-time. Syd's gonna be running more often next yr now that she signed up with Grand Slam Track! Outside of running a sub 50s 400mH WR, ppl wanna see both Syd & Femke in the open 400m vs Paulino, Naser, Pryce, Kaczmarek, Adeleke etc. Women's sprints in the NCAA next yr will be something special when you look at the crew Coach Caryl 's Team @Georgia have put together; Kaila Jackson, Autumn Wilson, Adaejah Hodge, Aaliyah Butler etc. that's reminiscent of Coach Flo's all-conquering female sprint crew from a couple yrs ago, looking forward to their battles vs the likes of JaMeesia Ford, Shawnti Jackson, Brianna Lyston, Dajaz Defrand, Mia Brahe-Pedersen, Kaylyn Brown etc.
Would you two to be able to bring in the AAU Junior Olympics as a topic to discuss? Specifically what times these young men and women are running vs when you both were in HS. As someone who is coaching the next generation on track and field athletes it would interesting to hear you take. Also it would be interesting to hear what it took to get recruited. Keep it going fellas!!!
Sydney's 47.7 split was on the 2nd leg, she had to slow down to pass the baton to Gabby. If she would have run anchor, where you can run through the line, that 47.7 would have been even faster.
Justin, you ever considered putting your expertise in a tour of sprinting workshops? I do see this a niche offering that would be successful around Europe. Shout out if inclined.
Justin and Rodney you are forgetting something Cindy leg on the second leg was 10 yd shorter than everybody's Target so are 4771 is truly not a quarter mile not taking anything away from her but you all must remember the second leg is the shortest leg on the journey what y'all should be advocating is back to the old days where everybody gets back to another line that would make a hell of a lot of difference because she married a little had was behind the Jamaican Runner and yet after you bust your ass running a solid quarter mile you have to run another 10:15 a.m. meters beyond that if I'm in the land one and you run 49 low and I run 50 hour and button over before you so you see the advantage know that that is crap

I really enjoyed the 525 conversation. It had me in stitches. 😂😂😂 Can't wait for the next dose of prescribed track and field podcast. Love from 🇿🇦
ALL the meet organisers know there must be a bonus set aside for Duplantis at least.
😂😂😂 these are just jokes 😂. These dudes are funny as hell.
I agree, been laughing so hard 😀
I really love this show. I wish y’all stay current
Steven Gardiner & Miller-Uibo will be back too.
That's great. I always liked both of them, especially Miller.
I'm looking forward to all those post-season interviews
Still waiting for tears from Justin’s eyes. 👀 💧
Marco Arop came forward and won against Emanuel from Kenya. He knows his race now is what i think

What do you all think of Knighton's last 40m in the 200m? It seems like he starts tightening up & rocking about.
Some guest that would have cool stories: Noah Lyle’s and Junelle, letsile tebogo, masai Russel , Quincy hall, rai Benjamin
Remember Isaac Makwala is the motivation for these youngsters from Botswana.
Don't forget Clayton was winning U20 WAC 100m titles as well.
Isinbayeva used to do what Duplantis is doing now - 1cm at a time.
"Te bho hoooo"- Kratos
Right. Justin be the only one saying his last name correctly
@@LadyVA0422 Exactly. Justin is SMART. BBC presenters are well paid and they can't even pronounce his name properly. Hella disrespectful.
Another one ☝️🔥🇿🇦

This isn't 100% true, because on the second leg you can cut across the track on the back stretch, you can't do that on the final leg
FYI Sydney has NEVER run 48.5 in the open 400m. Her PB is 48.74!
RSG big up. Did you guys see the video of the Jamaican discuss and shotput athletes race Rajinha and Roje?
Justin, you ever considered putting your expertise in a tour of sprinting workshops? I do see this a niche offering that would be successful around Europe. Shout out if inclined.
Where's Mu on the circuit?
Paulino 🇩🇴 🇩🇴
Tebogo is a rancher?
Everyone in Botswana is a Rancher.
Paulino, she will be better than ever!

That’s not true
Yall are wrong. Letsile runs better than Bolt.
Bolt is Bolt - He 6ft 5inch - so it’s Good - form different
Cant beat paulina sorry sydney😂
@1:11:28 Catch up!!
