Join me on a great overnighter in the Polish Lavvu with the Outbacker Firebox Stove. The weather was a challenge due to heavy rain but as always it was great to get back out in the woods.

I absolutely love camping in the Lavvu especially with the stove. The weather was unreal but I'm glad I got the drone up for a flight 😃

Good going there William. Nice camp brother. I recently purchased a cheapy wood tent stove myself. Can't wait to give it a go. At the moment, I am observing folks like yourself with stoves for a better understanding. If you don't mind, what is that round cylinder that you adapt on the lower part of the chimney called? I know it acts as a protector to not burn the Lavvu arm hole there. Have a good one.

I hope you and your family are ok. It's called a tipi sleeve. You will love having the wood burning stove in the Lavvu, it makes such a difference during the winter.

What was the fold up saw? Someone in uk is doing a plastic unit which takes away your single pole on the tent . You just use 3 poles can’t remember the link 🔗

The saw is a boreal 21, they are brilliant. I'm definitely getting one of the plastic units as that would make a massive difference to the Lavvu trips.
