      Mines is losing more fat . I want to be like 180 Im getting there slowly if I can eat right . I don't cut no food groups out and I do count calories

    Hey shellz I love watching you and your family. Believe or not your channel actually got me through some depressing times which also caused my weight to fluctuate. I noticed when I'm stressed I forget to eat and if it's happening over a period of time my body becomes use to not eating unfortunately. So I can relate eating one day and not eating at all the very next day. What helped me to get back on track was setting a timer every 2-3 hrs so even if I wasn't hungry I ate something (every little bit counts) before you know it ya girl was eating before the timer went off because my body adjusted to eating more food which helped me to consume more calories. I have faith in you..you got this girl ❤.

      How much we eat def determines how much our body tells us we're hungry. It's regulated by hormones, including ghrelin and leptin.

    Hi Michelle, so glad to see you eating these delicious foods. All of them are my staples minus the bacon, peanut butter, white rice, eggs, bagels...lol.
    I am also petite, but trust me, someone is gonna like or love your bones. 😊 Avocados are one of my favorite foods when it comes to maintaining weight. I know you will get there and i will be supporting you in any way i can. All the best to you going forward. 🙏❤🌞 V LaRuth.

    How the heck did I miss this!?!?! Shells I’m struggling with this myself. I am 5 feet weighing 107 right now 😩. Only time I gained weight was with both babies and then I went right back down to my normal weight. I am extremely petite myself and my goal is to get to 125 lbs. Wish me luck 🤞🏾

    Wow this video does not pertain to me at all but I watched to support you Chelle. But in the mean time it seem as if some of the foods you're eating would help you lose weight and not gain? If I wad trying to gain weight I'm eating any and all things fattening!!! Lmaoooo mannnn I would go HAM! I don't know if she is still but Keesha kaylee was trying to gain weight as well but it seem as if she was eating healthy stuff too I'm like girl you gotta pig out sometimes. 💜💜💜

    It’s so funny that you’re trying to be thickums, & I’m watching everything going in my mouth because I’m trying to lose these 10 lbs that have been hanging on to long.. The food you ate looked really filling & delicious, especially the smoothie & those chicken wings . Ii’m going to try doctoring up avocado, & see if I can tolerate it.     I want to gain weight but I have digestive issues I’m afraid if I eat too much it will make it worse. I also only eat low fat dairy because I don’t want high cholesterol which can happen if I’ve been really stressed 😅

      @@SimplyShell417 lol after I had my baby I didn't eat healthy I ate lots of fried chicken fried rice with macaroni and chocolate ice cream .i also ate lots of dumpling,yam, cooked banana etc.no matter what I eat my belly can't full I visit a doctor he says that I have gas.no matter what I do I still have gas in my side.the gas cause me to over eat.when I had my son in 2019 I weigh 130 lbs

      banana 100cal half avocado 150cal two tea spoons of olive oil 200cal chocolate boost drink 360cal protein oatmeal pack 260cal two table spoons peanut butter 200cal 2 cups almond milk 100cal sometimes I add granola, honey or other things to add calories but all done in the nutri bullet..
