This is exactly what I needed. Thankfully your site came up as soon as I did a TH-cam search. 70 years old. Deaf in one ear and find cell phones difficult to hear and use even with a blue tooth. Miss the old heavy desk type plug in phone! Looking forward to searching your site or past videos and more to come
Your information and expertise is just what I'm looking for. Your explanations are easy to understand. You make sure to point out special features of each phone. I plan to read/watch the additional info you've provided. Really appreciate you.
Hello, this is helpful. My mom's cognitive abilities are in steep decline, so that last option looks the best, but she needs multiple handhelds (she currently has 1 base station and 4 handsets.) Is there the ability to get multiple handsets?
@grayingwithgrace thank you! 3 questions do any of these phones have spam block? do any have the ability to see a call log? will the vtech model work with spectrum call block? a tech told me that corded phones will not thanks!
Welcome! None of these phones automatically block spam calls (See this video for a device that can help: th-cam.com/video/FLutEAP6VOQ/w-d-xo.html). The Panasonic KX-TGD610B, VTech SN5147 Amplified Phone, Panasonic KX-TGM420W can block calls by touching a button if you've identified a call as spam. All of these phones do store the numbers of the last incoming calls when connected to Caller ID service (is that what you mean by call log?). I can't answer the question about Spectrum - that's unique to their service - so I would take their advice on that. Hope I've helped!
