I have that #1 Panasonic and i'm returni g it. The battery life is not good at all...maybe 2 days without re harging. Also, caller ID does not display phone # onky name of caller. I checking all reviewx looki g for a better replacement.

I'm interested in the range. How far away from the base can I get before losing contact. You don't mention that.
