It really all depends on what you really want to say in a specific situation. When you say "not uninspired", you are, for example, emphasizing that she IS inspired because maybe someone said that she was being uninspired or not inspired and thus setting a bad example for everyone. So the lesson here is, stop thinking about HOW you would say it in English, instead just think about WHAT you want to say or tell and the language will just come out of your mouth naturally. Language is just a tool not a measurement of intelligence.

Having said that, I wouldn't recommend using it once you've learned the English language. Unless you really want speak like you're from hood/ghetto 😂
