Nice list. Sprinkler repair is a great one. Had to hire a repairman last year, and there were very few that specialized specifically in that area near me.
I work in electrical field - since 2012. Since 2015 I have been working for myself (1099). And have been doing mostly commercial or industrial electrical.
The competition is big specially with all the illegals working for cash.
I started to consider other business that can bring more income and growth.
Thank you for sharing this information
Please, please, please do a video for services for women over 60. I do swim lessons in the summer and need something comparable for the fall and winter. Maybe a niche kids transportation to activities. Pick up and drop off only.

@@timrichardbusiness Thanks!
Yes, this would be nice. 😊
@TimRichardbusiness for your junk removal business could you do a PDF that shows what target keyword you go after?
Can you do a video on the keywords you use for your junk removal company? Or make a pdf
Great video! How would you recommend gauging local search volume for a specific metro like Atlanta?
google keyword planner.
Good question. The general keywords will give you an idea of search volume and competition for that service overall. If you want to search a specific market, enter the city name at the end. So something like "gutter cleaning denver" has 500 searches per month and is a 6 on the keyword difficulty scale. From my experience search volume actually tends to be much higher in local markets than ahrefs or semrush predicts.
Sir, are you doing junk removal business in Orlando,Fl?
Do you mentor people who want to go this route of creating a remote service business?
I don't offer mentoring at this time, possibly in the future. I will continue to put out content on different aspects of starting a remote service business, though
High skills needed to run almost all these businesses are presented. But I’ll tell you a secret. All these businesses need customers. Master how to get more customers and you will be rich.
Einstein... That's what this whole video is about... getting customers
Hi what are your thoughts about rank and rent
I’ve heard about this. Doesn’t it require a lot of work in setting up?
Iv done it, it’s wayyy harder than the TH-camrs say it is. Don’t buy a course I paid thousands and it was a complete waste. U can learn everything on TH-cam. Also good luck getting GMB’s in 2024, and that makes rank and rent almost impossible.
How do you check on the service in your area

Thumbnail suggested these were near ~$600/job, how many barbers collect ~$600/haircut? Thanks!
Please PM me…I am looking for some advice but I don’t want to ask my question on a public forum - thanks!
Yeah.. That's not how it works. And if you think you have a 'secret'... trust me, we have already thought of it and someone is already doing it somewhere.
I was born to do dead animal removal - I'm a wildlife rehabber, so I've disposed of a lot of bodies...
disposed a lot of bodies ?? 👀
Unfortunately a lot of animals come into rescue very sick. @@seuncole
Where do you take the animals remains? @carwoman43
@@bknyte23 I'm not doing it currently, but I had a contract with a pet cremation service and a freezer at my house to store bodies between pickups. Shelters will give a "bulk discount" too, since they do so many cremations : (
