Tip (If you don't have baby shampoo):
Baby Shampoo or Hair Conditioner works, they have similar formulas which cause them to have the same effects on fabric.
The lady at the end wasn't listening. Of course the shirt doesn't know what shape to go back to. That's why it said that you stretch it out the way you want it before drying it. I think she just wanted something to disagree about.

Do you wash the shampoo off the garment after stretching it and before drying it?
Yes. Preferably use cold or barely warm water to rinse out the shampoo and hang it somewhere to dry. You can still use the dryer, you just need to be mindful of heat and time settings.

Just dont dry it in the dryer. If you air dry it should be fine.

It won't shrink if you're more careful after stretching it. Use cold or warm water for the wash and low heat or air dry on your dryer.
Don't put it back into the dryer!! The dryer is horrible for clothes. It ruins clothes in multiple ways.
How about spraying with Downey Wrinkle Release instead of the soaking thing.

Nothing more simple then use a steamer lol I steam my clothes when they shrink but usually never happens. Only when I forget to lay dry lol

victor 003 warm water not hot, the warm water helps the fibers loose so you can stretch it out
I thought the same thing! But just use lukewarm water. And I like using hair conditioner better than baby shampoo. It softens the fibers better IMO. It works really well! :)
