Fantastic! I just bought this laser and had NO IDEA it could laze a tshirt! Have to admit, I'm looking around to see what else I can laze in my house! Thank you for sharing this idea!
Sehr gute Idee mit dem merch! Und vor allem cooles Design! Hab mir gleich nen Shirt bestellt! 🙂 Wünsch dir viel Erfolg damit! … und freu mich auf viele weitere Videos von dir! 😉
tried this on some cotton tote bags and a t-shirt on my D1 pro. It looks great but disappears completely when washing it. Is it possible to make it stick?
Hey Martin, love your work. Maybe some simple paint masks in the merch shop might be cool. This way, your fans could do a little customizing of their own with a design done by one of the coolest guys in the business? 😉
Hi. I do my printing with Falcon. When the laser machine has engraved on T-Shirt the come is amazing. Until I washed it. After washing the design was washed away. Remain only a light step after engraving which you can hardly notice. I tried different settings and a lot of black T-shirts I tried. After washing all design was wasted away. Even after engraving try to scribble with your nail or finger, the design wash away. Do you have a different experience?
I think a cheap laser would be enough for engraving a t-shirt. I have an acmer p1 s and I think it can engrave details very accurately, the size is large enough to fit any t-shirt, and the price is more attractive than any lasers.
Thank you for this, I am trying something similar but find the etch finish rubs off very quickly so the image is barely recognisable - have you come across this as well?
Out of curiosity, are you just burning at a power-level that doesn't cause char/smoke damage to the non-engraved areas of the leather? Every single time I try to engrave leather, it puts this char around the engraving that I can't usually get off. Yours isn't doing that at all - I assume that's a power setting?
@@ETOE well I meant that it was too late to include in your video because you said that its since ' it has a brown tint so it better to get it done from somewhere else'
how were you broke with 175k subscribers? gosh i hate privileged people asking for money only because they feel poor in context with the rich people around them...
Red light: this video and others are not even touching THE MOST IMPORTANT information about thise lasers: how many runing hours will it last? Is it 50 hours on 100% power and laser will degrade by 10-20-30%? Or maybe 1000 hours and you have to buy a new one? Whatbis the truth? This machie IS EXPENSIVE and laser replacement will kill the whole thing financially. Not mentioning this spec is unfair and i thinking like this: if they are not touching this subject that means the laser life time is shitty.
The life expectancy of a uv laser is 10-15.000 hours. And a CO2 laser will last 5.000-10.000 hours. That's about 5-10 years worth of use. So it's not an issue. A laser like that is rarely going to be used at 100%, and even then for short bursts. Also, it does not degrade. You have to clean the lens once in a while.
Troy Lee Designs = level 5, Martin Grey = Level 11!!!!
I am glad to know you are keeping the art flowing and taking us onboard Martin. Never give up... eyes on the prize!
Nice result and nice to see you smiling again... one foot in front of the other that's all you can do martin .. Nice work mate!
True artist. Nothing fazes him when it comes to creating something out of nothing.

As a sprayer myself you've hit the nail on the head with that slogan
I like it
Looks like I'll be heading over to your shop my friend 👌

Great merchandise Martin, great to see your spirit lifted & smiling.
Are you doing more designs 👍😸
You could use the laser to build screens for screen printing
Completely dig the wall design you created in your shop there as shown at 2 minutes in.
Thanks you can find the complete tutorial of the wall design here: th-cam.com/video/XkFp5UE3Qdw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zdy_-gEGau5XI9_e
Love the design Martin!
love the comment about buying laser for shirts
Great job on the video! good information thank you for posting. I plan to purchase a laser from Creality very soon.

Hi, Do You think that Laser elegoo phecda 20w can engrave in Shirts too? Thanks
very straight forward and extremely informative, thanks ser
😎First video I have seen to use a laser to make a image on a tee shirt, interesting, 😎video

So what setting did you use for speed and power
I did this, it falls apart after a couple washes 😢
You just funny and nice german dude! Thanks for the great video!

Hello!
I have a question.
Can I do this with a white T-shirt?
Martin, idea for a T-shirt logo “ This is what I like so let’s do it! “ 🤟
How thin is it on the logo. How many washes can the shirt handle before the threads start breaking
Basically just none
Geile Shirts, hoffe auf noch ein Design evtl für Rennrad Fahrer :) würde ich direkt bestellen :) mach weiter so
super cool idea

Im buying the hoddie for myself for xmas.
How gose your situation hope your doing ok
How did you do the test and what software did you use?

I think the air assist is the main factor here, do you have one?
I think it's a bit late but if you wash the shirt the burns will be removed and the engraving should be white
@@TestNewAnimations-n9v it's never too late.

NICE
so if you never wash your shirts this great, but after one soft wash the whole "print" is gone
And YEAH 😂😂
Here are some of my engravings on the T-shirt. After wasting the design was washed away. th-cam.com/video/AzZMu6nbD4c/w-d-xo.html
XD są inne urządzenia do takich czynności.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👌❤️🍻
CASI 2 HORAS DE GRAVADO Y LAPRIMER LAVADA EL DISEÑO NO QUEDA. :/ NO RECOMENDADO EN CAMSETAS

Good point in business terms.
