I caught 2 managers multiple times playing some stupid candy crush games instead of helping. During peak, when they have old ladies in the trucks and everyone is overwhelmed and busting their asses. They rotate managers every 3-6 months and nearly every single one of them "knows better" and has to do things how they see fit regardless of how things were going smoothly. Regardless of the workers said, who are in fact adults and not little children, who in fact knew what we were fucking doing. We had both main jackpots running smooth like butter for 6 months and within 2 was unrecognizable. The entire team that we had was gone, overwhelming became everyday and we couldn't say anything because retaliation is 100% a thing. The only reason Amazon still exists is because it's too big to fail, but it is so fragile that in the right circumstances it would collapse within a few weeks

I wondered the same question as to what Gender Studies can lead to in the future. I asked a few people at a university fair and the one recruiter said that it goes with other majors and is mostly applied with HR jobs. It's also part of the arts at our local uni (In Canada) which is quite interesting.
You can also work as a bank teller, pretty much the only thing you have "expertise" in, is social justice work, so regular jobs you just achieve general benefits of having completed a degree. Otherwise known as a giant waste of time.
Psychology can offer you a wide variety of jobs. Perhaps the easiest (to find) and most rewarding (in terms of money) would be human resources/ recruitment consultant.
Completely different my boi, you can actually get decent jobs with a psychology degree and it's not an easy-to-get one either, at least here in my country. A gender study degree, however, is worth less than my dog's toys.
Tbh, I think it's very important for a man to be a feminist. Not in the sense of "A woman is more important than me" but in the sense of "She's my equal Partner. I trust her and believe in her". I don't think Gender Study is a degree, but it is a subject in Social and Political Science. I take that class, it basically teach you about gender roles throughout the history.
I was literally varsity and made state in football, wrestling and track for 3 years in high school. If you are good at one sport and stay in awesome shape you can be good at a bunch of sports. I also pulled a 3.95 GPA. If you are disciplined you can be good at everything.
