Do me a favor and get a background that goes one way. It was driving me crazy watching the background going forward then backwards. It was hard to concentrate on what Mike was saying because I was waiting to see when the background would change.
It’s a reflection on the way photography, technology and behaviour has changed! When I was small (born 1987) photos were not taken constantly, only at special occasions or get togethers, or if you had an avid photographer. Now phones have changed that, and it has changed the way we do photographs, we can take 200 bad photos and find one excellent one. The average person can take reasonable photos. Everyone can have pictures of their children from the moment they are born. It’s really good in many ways! For a long time it was only acceptable for women to be photographed by a man. As art. Our bodies were art, not our own. Selfies have changed that. And while selfies are a little personally involved! It is not always a bad thing to have photos of people. Especially when they often don’t make it in to family portraits etc.

It's not a unified monetary body per se. There still are different currencies among the member states of the EU. In fact, the reason that there still is no unified monetary policy is - to my mind - one of the biggest weaknesses of the Eurozone. But what can I say. I'm only Swiss ;-)

In order for Game Of Thrones to be considered a cultural phenomenon, it would have to have a impactful change on culture. I don't believe that is the case. Popularity does not equal cultural phenomenon. Don't get me wrong, I loved GOT. At least until they trashed all their plotlines in the finale.

Actually historically it's very relevant. Only three U.S. presidents have been formally impeached by Congress-Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. I'm sorry but that's indefensible.

No it wasn't. Presidents get elected every four (or eight) years. The third impeachment in the history of the presidency is more historically significant.
