PERFORMANCE AND VALUE
Godox's DPiiiV studio strobes offer a great combination of power, performance and price. You will find this flash perfectly at home in any studio. If you don't need HSS and the extra low end range of the QTIII series then the DPiiiV studio strobes should be at the top of your list!
NEW LED MODELLING LAMP
Gone are the days of having to replace a broken incandescent modelling lamp. The Godox DPIIIV series uses a 30W COB LED to provide more power than a standard 150w incandescent.
THE STROBEPRO DIFFERENCE
Strobepro is the largest distributor of Godox products in Canada. Give yourself peace of mind with Strobepro's helpful staff, 2-year warranty, and Calgary-based service centre.
POWER RANGE
The Godox DPIIIV has an impressive 7 full stop power range of 1/64 - 1/1. It can recycle super fast from 0.1-1.0 seconds with a flash duration of 1/2000 - 1/800. At this price point there isn't another strobe on the market offering this performance range.
COOL AND EFFICIENT
Thanks to the new 30W LED, the DPIIIV runs much cooler and draws 120 watts less power with the LED running at full power.
BUILT IN X-SERIES RECEIVER
No external receiver is required. Just pick up a compatible Godox X-Series controller and you'll have everything you need to trigger and control your DPIIIV strobe right from your camera.

Amazingly complete tutorial about the strobe, Thanks for all the info
Great review and description of how it works - and with the wireless controller.
really thorough, helpful video, thanks. and a bonus to get such clear instructions on the controller I use already.
Many thanks for a really informative video. I have just got these lights and am glad to have found you.
Awesome video. Thanks for steering me through the confusion.
Great overview of this light. 👏
Very helpful, i look forward to future content. ❤
Great help, thank you so much for putting your effort and time. 👏😇👍
I was unable to connect my xpro with dp600iii-v. Thankfully due to the ID setting, they talk again. Thanks for detail review ❤
We've occasionally opened new stock that had an ID enabled. Definitely confusing if you don't know where to look!
they also need a blocker flor the umbrella slot, just like the one on the fv 150/200. Try using a ub 165 facing the ground. No go !
Thanks!
Can you please confirm for me that this one works from 100 vac to 240 vac?
I assume this does not work in TTL mode.
awesome good video here! I can get the Pixapro KINOII 600+ at £185.99, I hear this is the same as the QS600? or I can get the DP600III-V for £198. Which one is the best one? Thank you so much.
Hi Tom,
The KINOII 600+ appears to be a rebranded QS600ii if my eyes don't fool me. Essential Photo/Pixapro provides UK based in-house warranty support for their products-quite similar to our business model across the pond in Canada! I think the DP600iii-V is the better light thanks to its LED modelling lamp, but take the retailer where you purchase your lights into consideration since Godox does not provide direct warranty and repair support to its end users.
Another question would you be comfortable using it on half power in a fast paced photoshoot?
You generally don't have to worry about thermal limitations with these strobes, so there's no real concern as long as your flashes are recycling quickly enough for you (about half a second at half power on the DPiii lights).
@@Strobepro thank you for the detailed replies. I appreciate it.
Is that Godox SA optical snoot fit into Godox DP400iiiV /600iiiv /800iiiv /1000iiiv ?
No it won't. Try out Strobepro Optical Snoot II. It fits strobe and LED. strobepro.com/products/strobepro-optical-snoot-ii
Hi I have a question? My modeling lamp in not lighting up :/ can u help me please
Please get in touch with us through email (hello@strobepro.com). If the light was purchased through us, it's likely still under warranty. In any case, we'll do whatever we can to help!
Friend, dp400 and dp600 is bivolt automatic, correct? 110v and 220v
Yes, these are multi-voltage strobes. That's a good thing to double-check because a lot of plugin strobes are single voltage devices. The DPiii series strobes can be operated from 100-240V.
Would it overheat if I leave the modeling lamp on?
Hi Rudy,
Nope! You can run the modeling lamp indefinitely thanks to the fan cooling on this strobe.
