I use a passport sized notebook as part of my wallet. Combining a notebook with my wallet makes it necessary when I'm out of the house. I then do a weekly review on Sundays.
What I do even though I don't think it's necessary; I use a dumb phone, a Nokia that only receives text messages and phone calls. On my other devices, like my laptops, I set a timer that limits me to an hour of TH-cam. I've been doing this for about 8 months now.

Just a note - it might make sense to raise your chair a little higher in front of the white-green desk. Your upper back looks very tense wile you type on the laptop, which could lead to neck problems. Nice video overall tho!
