Loving your enthusiasm and smile! How fun, Adriana is going to have a beautiful ring! I'm wondering how you learned to do pavé. What book, class, video, etc? Thanks! And YES, you ARE going to get GRS goodies! And a microscope! I SEE it in the crystal ball! ❤❤

Every time I saw a reel of someone doing pave that showed part of their technique, I saved it. I have a TON of them. I rewatched them back to back and created a game plan of what I wanted to do…the first time, it didn’t work. The second time, it did!! So I made like 4 of them that were completely successful to be confident in offering it ☺️🤍💪🏼

Oh man I learned all about bur control this week the hard way, yikes, lucky all my slips were fixable. So many great tips Vanessa!

It can really be intimidating to work with them again when you first start 🫣 but it gets easier and then you get to start doing really cool stuff with burrs. Glad you were able to fix your slips ☺️☺️

@@_withlove_jewelry I don't think I'll be doing any thing super cool like you. But just mastering burring out bezel seats without bloody slipping. I worked out that I was going in too fast too soon and not waxing enough 😊

@@AlchemyWithSoul if you’re doing it, it’s super cool 🤩 yes, getting speed and pressure down is key!

I was worried you were pulling out one of those encore vises. I’m sure they are handy but at that price you could get a microscope and a ball vise (that can hold more than just rings). Congrats on the hanger. I just got my first one and it has a swinging arm. Super handy

😅 yeah I definitely don’t have the budget for an encore vice🫣

@@_withlove_jewelryI completely understand that. I know people swear by them but at that price, I just can’t. I’d rather spend that kind of money on materials and tough it with what I have on hand

@@netcreativedesigns There's always a way to work around not having a tool ☺

I struggle with this because I have very small hands and can’t hold the hand piece and put my fingers together.

It is super hard sometimes! I feel like my hand cramps up depending on what I’m doing…but you can always brace your hands on your bench and use that instead of holding them together. 😊✨
