Alhough I have had most bhavas even the matura one, I cant see what im typing idk why.... I lately have more of t his bhava where I am angry and can't accept anything except the highest experience of self and at one ment. Although I reach it ,the majority of the time I can't seem to. It destroys me but as you are saying it is intense. Like I've spent the last 5 years in hell as god has abandoned me. But then again he comes to visit and we laugh. I am enjoying your talks a lot, they are very relevant and you are a joy to listen to, you remind me of myself when I started practicing and was still full of energy and inspiration. Now im grumpy and annoyed, but all directed at god.
Grew up in fundamentalist Christian circles. Become an atheist and studied philosophy in college. Mostly was interested in German pessimism and phenomenology. I was incredibly nihilistic and turned that nihilism on everything. A funny thing happens. When you’ve destroyed the meaning of everything in your mind god, country, family, culture, etc. you’ll eventually have nothing left to turn the nihilism on other than yourself and your nihilism itself. If you go all the way with it you look around and find everything united in emptiness. All becomes one. Then I asked myself ”empty of what” and that was it! If you find your way into the depths of the darkness you’ll find it was the light all along
