I think the undead nuns and the church are references to Insidious cinematic film series.
Also, the singer's superhero outfit resembles General Zod's outfit in Snyder's "Man of Steel" film.

He starts as a good guy, steering the nuke away and blowing it up in the sky. Then he turns when all those angry church people seem to be trying to exorcise him. :)

A few days ago FIR dropped their new song and vid Ronald. It is an epic prequel to Watch the World Burn. Lots of film and video game references to enjoy.

The suit looks a lot to me like the suits in Gantz, but there are other series that have done powered armor, so perhaps it's from there. It looks a little more solid and less organic than Gantz. And now that I think about it, it could be Batman's kind of armor.
Yes it looks like the Batman armor for sure!had to look up Gantz but it looks similar to that too. Good catch!
