I’m learning things here 😅 thanks yall. Definitely the missing link in roasting is that beginner class for me. I’ve just been winging it taking notes cause I don’t have a clue what I’m doing. I keep track of the smell, smoke, noise of the beans as they lose humidity, and adjust heat based on that. Glad you got a chance to learn from some Pros!
