    Caffeine is so bad for us no matter what anyone says. And this stuff is addicting beyond belief. I started having anxiety and even had a panic attack once. I dropped it for the most part but still drink it sometimes and love my tea. I got hooked a long time ago and unfortunately it is my only vice now. I hate it.

    Facts. Caffeine never seemed to give me any extra energy. Just made me more nervous, agitated, depressed and moody. But yet somehow its addicting.

    Lots of people ask if you're still off coffee, it's ok I think to drink it once in a while as long as you don't feel addicted to it

    It stops humans sleeping. Anything that stops us sleeping is not good.

    Amazing vid, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!
