Irrespective of who bought them, a decent company would stand by their product and replace them at the very least. A better company would be asking for the broken ones back, so they can investigate the failure. "Never seen that happen before" .... yeah, sure. They've never seen it happen because they have their eye closed, their fingers in their ears, and they're singing la la-la la-la all the way to the bank.
Speedbinders should have immediately sent you 2 new speedbinders no questions asked and should have had you send them the broken ones so that they could determine the cause of failure and do a recall as needed Do those idiots not realize if a there binders break due to there subpar product design and someone is injured or killed that they will be out of business!!! Thank God nobody was around you when they broke!! WHAT A SORRY ASS COMPANY!! I’ll never buy one for sure
Congratulations to the entire FAMILY, because of the support and guidance he receives at home. I enjoyed the ride to get the equipment. Can you take us on more trips, so we can say, "Are we there yet?".
We dig the dozer and excavator vids. It’s funny that every machine kind of has it’s own personality and quirks. As always, the shop videos are both educational and informative, detailing the complexities of good maintenance and machine reliability. Family strong! 👍
Congratulations to Tucker. A high school diploma in his pocket along with what amounts to an AA in Heavy Equipment Repair to go along with it, he has the beginning to a bright future. As far as Speedbinders, a dismal response to an obvious failure of one of their products says a lot about their company. Looks like a product line to ignore.
Always make sure the “narrow” side on the quick binder is “in compression” not tension. Much less likely to break if it is always compressed instead of stretched.
Why are Speedbinder making holes in the handle? The old manual ones has none and wouldn't break under normal use. Bad advertisement for their product and they should listen and change the design and maybe add a grease zerk for easy lubrication
My guess at why the holes are off center like that is because they were too lazy to move the part or the tooling. Damn shame, they were good when DP worked with them. After they were sold it just seems like they only care about profit.
It’s like the old guy told me from Texas, Some Days Its Chicken And Some Days Its Feathers. I think you’re having a Feathers Day.❤ Saying a prayer for you and your family because i care.
I know about the cars going by on the right. I seen in the video when they went around. They are always in a hurry or don't want to be behind you. Thanks for the video
I noticed that there is rust on part of the handle that broke which means that the crack was there for quite a while before it completely failed. Which generally means a manufacture defect. Check the other to see if it has the same witness marks.
Always cool to see you take the truck out and do some hauling..I have to say that's one Beautiful Truck and I know you're proud of it as you should be...cool content as always and appreciate you taking us along on your adventure.😎🇺🇲😇🚜🚛
7/17/24..2day it was > Speed Binders < operation/info on both manual/ratchet & (that fancy) drill/drive...oh yea..white glove chain tight-n-er. 6 chains Snug-up on yur new JD 750 J. Interesting video & gotta-have equipment when hauling heavy... Congrats to son Tucker on his HS Graduation! Proud Mom & Dad 'glowing-in-t-dark' on his accomplishment! Nice! Ok Clint, am ready for video showing those 2-3 Dozer Rescues out of weeds, 1 had tree growing thru Radiator! Yup, gotta gotta show us armchair viewers how you pull them out, load up, haul home & begin their rehab. Your series continues.👍👍⚙️🔧💪🍺👨🔧
Thanks for the ride along Clint Love looking around your country side from here in Australia ,those cars that slid down your right side when you were turning happens all the time here i actually squashed a vintage Porsche a couple a years back no one hurt just the Porsche 😮😮😮 Congrats to Tucker i guess we will see him more in the shop now schools over 😅😅😅 Kym Adelaide
Clinton it’s a shame that when someone buys a company they end up trying to improve the product but they end up making it worse! Congratulations to Tucker! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Been watching you guys since I found the old ford high boy you got out of Wyoming. Really enjoy the content. This video here was great, there is a difference between steering wheel holders and professional truck drivers, know what you're doing. I was a professional otr driver, 1.4 million miles before I had to get off the road. I watch the trucks that come through my little town about 4 out of 10 don't pay attention to the trailer swing when you're going around curves. I've stopped a few times in a curve just so the truck going other direction in inner lane doesn't off track in my lane and take front end of my pickup off.. I wished they would teach more in these trucking schools. Keep up the good content. Really enjoy....
Clint, I don't understand the numbers when it comes to your Subscribers, Man I WISH I could snap my fingers and add a few hundred thousand more for you, YOU deserve it, You have an excellent channel, just keep up the hard work, and educating the viewers on what your channel is about, P.S. Congrats Tucker on your Graduation
Congrats Tucker, you nailed it sir. Now, welcome to the real world, LOL. Forgot you are around Sausage Fingers so nothing real about it. Great video as usual sir and always look forward to each and every one. Thank you.
Congrats Tucker! Been subscribed for years. True fans of the show should be subscribed. It costs nothing, and you don't get spammed. Can't afford merch as the freight to Australia is ridiculous! Was quoted $70 for a 2 inch by 3 inch by half inch size terminal box! Thats postage not for the part, that was 9 bucks. Great video Clint. Love the truck! G'day from Tasmania.
I noticed how those two drivers, whom apperently have no clue on the rules of the road dealing with a truck making wide turns, how they just drove ion front of you, and IF there was an issue, you would be held at fault, EXCET great to have the video running🙂I use to work in the outdoor amuesment business [ carnivals ] and so I know and remember what to do when following a behind a truck. I'm old, but I not stupid!
If I could , I'd subscribe a hundred times over,,, I love the channel and look forward to what's coming up next, congrats to Tucker , he's a great welder !!!!
Thanks for the video, Mr Clint And you should be respected for the honest reviews of the stuff you use MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Tacker Tucker 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Congratulations Tucker now it's time to open up the machine shop your dad bought and start charging him and everyone else for your awesome weld's good luck young man on whatever path you choose I'm sure Mom and Dad are thrilled for your graduation even though this is starting to be like DP history channel 😂😂😂 yeah I had to Clint 😂😂😂
I just bought 4 of them 3 days ago… I wish I saw this video before… I definitely would have just got the regular ones. Thank you for sharing the honest information!!
How in the world can you not hit the like button? It’s not like it’s hard. I’m subscribed and always hit the like button. First time I’ve seen you with no hat on. Best Regards and congratulations to Tucker!
Clint they make an adapter to convert your regular ratchet binders to a speed binder. They're called the Boss Buddy. I know a couple of guys that are using them and they've had zero issues with them.
The only thing, well not the ONLY thing, but one of the things I miss about driving is all the Peterbilts I drove. I would LOVE to run that one a thousand miles or so!!
Thanks for the great videos! I enjoy seeing the countryside where you are. The trees and hills are a nice change from the Texas panhandle. Its so flat here you can watch your dog run away for 3 days!
I had one of those drivers try to beat me around a right corner one time. I pinned the trailer on the front left corner of his car and held him there. He immediately called the cops. When they got there they looked the situation overall ask me if I was wearing my seatbelt and then charged him with failing to yield right of way. The best day ever. Love your setup it would be good for moving my 250 Volvo. Keep the videos coming 👍
Hey Clinton, Another wonderful 'on-the-road-again' video! It's really sad that the speedbinder people didn't make things right! It says a lot about their customer service policy! Safety first! You ALWAYS get a Thumbs Up from me! Jim
Congratulations Mr Tucker! I seen those two cars doing some stupid s@##. My Dad was a truck driver he mentioned few times on interstate sending cars bouncing off tadums tires down embankment! Lol..
How do you keep the inside of the truck so clean? If you want to weld it try Super missile weld. It’s made by Harris ( Lincoln). You can weld all sorts of metals together with it.
Thank You Sir for the review. can't have problems with binders like that.chains and hardware flying across traffic is a very very bad thing.i like easy and kinda quick but that is cost prohibited. ain't going there.good video.had a Pete like yours.was a dependable truck.
Great road trip, Clint. You’d think with your base of followers the binder company could take advantage of the exposure to potential buyers. From what I saw it looks like a forged handle, did you think about welding some plugs at the base to temporarily strengthen the handle. I’m sure you reached out to them. I’m not surprised left you hanging. That is a pretty slick way they work though oh well. Broad content is very satisfying keep it up sir.
Cool video and great ride along. That’s a really nice looking and sounding Peterbilt. Congratulations to your son Tucker as well as you, your wife and family on the graduation. 👏👏
Here’s hoping that the 750 is an easy fix what ever is wrong with it, congrats Tucker I hope that you’re as successful in your career as your parents 🏴👍🏻
You shift almost as good as me there bubby! Haha I'm kidding! Boy I miss them days where I could actually hear my truck. I bought myself a 1993 stretched out w900 13 speed B model flat top me and the wife are restoring. But dang things are tight these days. Spent my last dollar on a set of jakes for it and the big clutch. Put a front and rear seal in it. Bunch of other stuff. Now i gotta cut the big hole in the sleeper and cab and paint it next. But that's on the back burner. Just a cadillac company driver in an automatic now.
Compared to most of the equipment you have bought in the past. That 750 is in good shape, love the cat in the peterbuilt. I'm on your side, old fashioned mechanical binders are the safest choice.
Congratulations to tucker on his graduation 🎉
Yes, well done to him.
@@maxnex7676 and Zoey too
Speedbinders should give you 2 new binders. Do they realize the number of views you receive on You Tube? Apparently not! Congrats to Tucker!
When the original owner sold the company working with TH-camrs became a no go.
That’s one beautiful 4610… I got bunch ford tractors.

They will work with people but they have a great big list of things they want you to do. DP covered it before.
@@ickipoo THAT MEANS THAY HAVE LOTS THAT HAVE BROKEN. YOUR RIGHT . THAY WOULD HAVE ASK FOR THEM BACK TO INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY .
I’ll bet this video costs the Speedbinder people more than the 2 they owe Clint. “Never saw that happen before” haha, yeah right
how it work ov there 🤷♂️ in australia bad reviews could result in being sued 🤷♂️

Most not all but most average car drivers hasn't got a bit of sense when they see a big truck
You could have ended the sentence after the word sense and the statement remains true.
As long as Officer Hoover is happy, everybody is happy Clint. 😀 Congratulations Tucker.
Pete's got such an awesome Jake brake.. music to my ears.
Got to say the quality and editing of your videos, keeps getting better and better.
We dig the dozer and excavator vids. It’s funny that every machine kind of has it’s own personality and quirks.

I didnt realize Tucker had such a good middle name! 😺
Always make sure the “narrow” side on the quick binder is “in compression” not tension. Much less likely to break if it is always compressed instead of stretched.
Yer......but remove the dam holes.
