For me, meatloaf HAS TO have real meat, soI think I'll combine this recipe to my ground beef . Thanks for the recipe . ❤

If it tastes similar enough, meat can shift its meaning.... I'm thinking this is missing the juicy action of meatloaf though

Why would you want it to taste like meat loaf! 🤮

I'd have to add a teensy bit of meat to it though. I'm a carnivore I guess that's the term for meat eaters

Suprisingly because meatloaf is all about the flavor from meatloaf seasoning, many of the recipes on here for a vegan or vegetarian loaf is good. The texture and flavor can fool you to think it is meat. Im making one right now. Let me say, if you do it with no meat but use the egg with some cheese on the middle... So good. Just try it sometime and see. 😊

That’s fine, you do you :-) Still heaps of health benefits from including lentils and chickpeas in your recipe, like protein and fibre. If you do eat meat sometimes (I do too) then the fibre helps push it through and lowers the risk of bowel cancer so that’s great 🙌🏻
