Sorry that wrecked one didn’t make the trip. Insurance totaled my Cube because the air bag deployed. Excuse me but wasn’t and air bag installed in the first place. Just saying. Stay safe and enjoy the fall season there cause we have no idea when fall is coming. It was 92 degrees today and the sun was more off than on. I’ll be 70 on the 5th and a cold front is coming through. High 85👍🏽😎

Hi Shawn, The phone storage pocket for the the new K1600's with the TFT's is at the top of the dash above the TFT. It also has a USB and an inductive charging pad. As it's so close to the TFT it always holds onto the WiFi signal. Cheers.

Bought my ‘23 k1600 6 months ago and just now discovered you can have a moving map on it. I always wondered “why don’t they have maps on this thing with such a big display!!??”

I regretted buying my 22' GA until I mounted a Garmin Drivesmart 65 GPS to the bike. Avoid the Connected App at all costs. THe TFT is now a very complex, expensive fuel gauge.

iPhone and helmet both connect to my GSA’s TFT no problem and everything works. Except - the TFT always shows 1 bar of cell network signal strength and any phone calls are basically unintelligible, even if I’m sitting under a cell tower. When disconnected from the TFT the phone shows full signal strength. So why the low signal strength when going though the TFT?

Cool tft display…love the size of the map for my old eyes😂😂😂 Will it do Apple Car Play and Android auto …..personally love google maps. Cool tech talk and you guys have a great one 👍

Prefer Garmin 5 or 6 as no data charges for us Canadians crossing the border @ $13.50 a day in US. Garmin updates are free also!

Hi Shawn, I only ever tried one other sat nav and that was a Tom Tom didn’t like it and never had one other than Garmin all my sat naves have been Garmin that is the only one I shall ever have, Interesting video you put up tonight roll on the next one, You take care and stay safe and well.🏍️🏍️🏍️⭐️👍

I like my glitchy Garmin better than the BMW app phone combo on my GS.

The BMW NAV VI (by Garmin) sits happily in it's cradle showing the wonderful world around me in great detail, but is never used for navigation on the GSA. I only use a phone with 110% reliability over the years. The combo works, so I stick with it.
