I am just a normal student with a lot to study and who likes to watch dramas and series as a refreshment, and I enjoyed this series more than I enjoyed HOTD and the Witcher I don't care about digging the whole picture I only care about enjoyment
Why did they use the same "Celebrimbor get's knocked out' trope 4 times in one episode? Unfortunately the battle scene felt small and clunky with weird cuts. Clearly the director of the battle hasn't got much experience in doing the big character driven - battle scenes. But credit for them for trying, im trying to enjoy the show and some parts are immersive, but on a whole It isn't a fun viewing experience to convince myself to try and enjoy it
Seriously people are hating just to hate...ep 7 was INSANE! If we compare it, it holds up to battle of the bastards quality interms of scale, an hour long battle...that I can actually SEE (cough battle for the dawn cough). And the scenes between Celebrimbor and Sauron are seriously on point. NO clue why people want to hate, when there's a lot of trash out there currently including HOTD. Fan base can be extremely toxic. Peter Jackson also modified the story to fit the screen...and certain extreme fans criticized it early on until it was completely loved by everyone. How about you actually give this a chance? Na you just want to tank this show because better to have nothing...than something...right?
I would suggest reading books on story telling. Really worrying how easy to please some people can be. The writing is terrible. And in case you didn’t realise, most of the battle is straight up copied from the original trilogy with one purpose in mind: to cheaply please the fans. This show is a brand risk for the studio.

No, it's because of all the reasons they give that you never bother to address, because you can't address them without admitting that this show indeed IS very bad and you simply have zero standards whatsoever when it comes to consuming entertainment.
Garbage show - watched every episode, it's basically like a car accident or sick comedy. It's funny to me that people are so vehemently supportive of this trash. Basically an IQ self report, IMO.
Loved everything about this episode, except that kiss. That was horrible and didn't need to happen. It breaks Tolkien's canon, and it's just disgusting.
The parts you loved broke Tolkien's canon too. Just Celebrimbor alone, what this show turned him into is an insult to the original character Tolkien created.
Hated everything - pacing, dialogue, etc. It's all so bad. I don't care about any of the characters and there's 0 emotional pay-off for the big scenes. E.g. the asian elf... 0 reason to care.
I thought the idea was that Sauron had either manipulated or created the chain, such that it somehow became unbreakable. Which would be fair enough, giving that you’re imprisoning the best smith in middle earth
@@lcrvelez Yes, that would make sense. But why did they not show us him trying to cut the chain and failing? Instead, they chose to show us THE smith, with a fully equipped forge, trying to destroy a metal handcuff with a hammer. The master smith, with a hammer. I mean, he should have enough knowledge to know that you cannot break the mass of solid metal that the handcuff is made of with a simple hammer, it would at most deform the metal a little, but never break it. The chain, however, seems to be only a few millimeters thick, so the tool he used to cut his finger should work perfectly to cut the chain. I would have liked to see him try. Never mind. I enjoy the show very much, normally I donŽt care about such details, but somehow this annoyed me so much, just made Celebrimbor look insanely stupid, I think.
I could be wrong, but I believe he thought that being with a constant so he could unlock the annatar of creating visions and having his finger ripped off would remind him of what was really going on around him.
I respect the cast, but the writers, director, choreographer, and acting coaches should be ashamed for this garbage. You've not only destroyed Tolkien’s work, but you've insulted every viewer. 0/10 an embarrassment on every level.
This show keeps rising up and up! Excellent episode. Still reeling from it! What an emotional roller coaster it was. Not just a pure battle sequence but so much of internal struggle within each character brilliantly presented. And Sauron still continues to be more than just a one dimensional villain! Hats off! Not bothered by the kiss at all. Celebrian doesn’t even exist at this point.. don’t understand the disgust especially when the kiss hardly meant anything. People gotta move on.
So much in love with the plot!! Imagine how much courage it took Galadriel to drive her autistic friend Allan to the treatment facility in Gundabad, along with Phil and Stu! Man and when female Hagrid smashed those orcs, I was in tears. All they wanted was romantic relationships with their very pacifist orc wives... Amazon, you did well! Who would've ever guessed that female Hagrid and Halbrand was actually the same very evil and very emotional, apologetic guy!?
I honestly will say this because I like the show, and I think it can be huge, but seriously they need to hire new editors and directors. I notice they have the same people directing several episodes and I don't think that is a bad thing I just think they hire the wrong directors. They don't seem to have the right vision for the show. Directors have influence in the editing room so bad choices in this two fields will certainly damage everybody else's good work.

It was horrible Many things didn't make sense and it was hard to root for any character; even in passing it was hard to care. A lot of time was wasted on cliche plot points. To improve you might consider building the characters from the start and show their chemistry, their personal life not just with regard to the events of the show. You want people to be in battle lines when in a battle 😂 Like lil bro nitpick something else not this. It just shows you haven’t watched anything other than clips
Loved this episode so much!! And these three actors are my fav characters.
Ignore the haters. Season 2 is a banger!
Literally
What part is well written? Oh yeah, none of it.
you must be drunk or high to say that
@@randonolso I enjoyed watching it and more than HOTD. I am sure that it was very fantastic to me. I am just a normal student with a lot to study and who likes to watch dramas and series as a refreshment, and I enjoyed this series more than I enjoyed HOTD and the Witcher I don't care about digging the whole picture I only care about enjoyment
@@Bai-s3i okay bot.
Why did they use the same "Celebrimbor get's knocked out' trope 4 times in one episode?
Unfortunately the battle scene felt small and clunky with weird cuts. Clearly the director of the battle hasn't got much experience in doing the big character driven - battle scenes. But credit for them for trying, im trying to enjoy the show and some parts are immersive, but on a whole It isn't a fun viewing experience to convince myself to try and enjoy it
stop lying man you haven’t watched any episodes at all and if this your breaking point it’s hard to believe
Love LOTR Galadriel ❤️
This was such a good episode ❤

Galadriel: I will let you marry my daughter if you kiss her the way you kissed me, . annnndddd... dont tell her...
This show is great!!! Ignore the haters.
It's always strange how people who dislike this show explain in great detail why they think it's bad, and people like you just ignore all of that and go "i dOn't uNdErStAnD WhY PeOpLe hAtE ThIs sHoW, mUsT Be bEcAuSe tHeY JuSt wAnT To hAtE."
No, it's because of all the reasons they give that you never bother to address, because you can't address them without admitting that this show indeed IS very bad and you simply have zero standards whatsoever when it comes to consuming entertainment.

It's puke
Garbage show - watched every episode, it's basically like a car accident or sick comedy. It's funny to me that people are so vehemently supportive of this trash. Basically an IQ self report, IMO.
Loved everything about this episode, except that kiss. That was horrible and didn't need to happen. It breaks Tolkien's canon, and it's just disgusting.
The parts you loved broke Tolkien's canon too. Just Celebrimbor alone, what this show turned him into is an insult to the original character Tolkien created.
@@frankvandorp9732really but a friend can kiss on chick than why can't slightly on lip
Hated everything - pacing, dialogue, etc. It's all so bad. I don't care about any of the characters and there's 0 emotional pay-off for the big scenes. E.g. the asian elf... 0 reason to care.

Absolutely appalling programme. The writers should all be fired. Total trash
Best episode so far. Love it
why did celebrimbor cut his fucking thumb? he could've cut the chain, i dont get it
I thought the idea was that Sauron had either manipulated or created the chain, such that it somehow became unbreakable.
= stupid writers
He tried repeatedly to break the chain, and saw that it was as undestroyable as the rings.
This ep was amazing!! ❤ truly felt I was watching a movie. Please save Arondir though I need him to live 😭
love it
I respect the cast, but the writers, director, choreographer, and acting coaches should be ashamed for this garbage.

Amazing Episode
bot
I honestly will say this because I like the show, and I think it can be huge, but seriously they need to hire new editors and directors. I notice they have the same people directing several episodes and I don't think that is a bad thing I just think they hire the wrong directors. They don't seem to have the right vision for the show. Directors have influence in the editing room so bad choices in this two fields will certainly damage everybody else's good work.
03:31 Charge??? What charge? I didn't see a charge. Can someone please explain or show to me that "charge"?? 08:44 the city's been under siege for weeks? FOR WEEKS????? Really, but it doesn't seem to us so. I was very disappointed with the episode but after seeing this video, one can clearly see their intentions to ruin the show, ruin the scenes. Read the books instead of making the third season
Why this episode didn't show the role of Hobbits, their contribution and impact of war on them. In earlier episodes, they showed their migration, Nori(hyped) and STRANGER(hyped) with her. And what about the humans, revenge of trees, Queen Miriel and her kingdom & much more things missing that they have shown in earlier episodes and now all of a sudden, it seems those scenes were of no importance?
How will they wrap up these all in just one upcoming episodes 8.
Why Sauron was getting powerful with each nxt episodes without rings?
I expected a lot, this season to be more organised and covering all what it has shown in earlier episodes.
Your response would be appreciated :)
I absolutely despise these people. They did watch LOTR, they know theyre runing the franchise, they dont care, paycheck is here.
It feels like but it isn't 😂😂😂 what toiletry!!
It was horrible
Many things didn't make sense and it was hard to root for any character; even in passing it was hard to care. A lot of time was wasted on cliche plot points.
To improve you might consider building the characters from the start and show their chemistry, their personal life not just with regard to the events of the show. Also, the battle was lackluster and felt hollow with not enough going on, it did not feel like a ground battle.
However, I must say the scenery was quite nice in this episode and the character of Adar was handled well.
Some people are always bringing hate and negativity 🙄
@@jessep9929 Some people don't know how constructive criticism works. I simply outlined the good and the bad so that they can improve moving forward and also what I liked. My overall opinion on the episode is negative because the bad outweighs the good.
