You know it's a good day when Shrimp Mania drops a new video
😊👍
The best shrimp keeping video for information and photography I have seen on youtube. 😍
Wow! Thank you, Mark, it means a lot!
very nice! KW is a super nice guy, i’ve spoken to him and he’s always been super insightful and helpful
Yeah, he is an awesome guy. He also helped me a lot!
Kelvin is not only a great breeder but a great person as well. Every time I'm in Singapore I visit his shop. Thankyou Shrimp Mania for the video and sharing Kelvin's shop. :)
It's my pleasure buddy. Glad you like the shop and the video!
No ways!!!!!!! This is the ultimate tour man! Thank you 😳🙌🎉
Thank you my friend! I'm glad you enjoyed😊
Excellent video mate, definatley making me want to try a Caridina tank next year!
Finally! KW shrimps. My respect and thanks.
You are welcome!👍
Many thanks for ur work Leon, you are by far the best shrimp channel out there.
Thank you a ton! Pleased to hear that!
KW is one of the best breeders about, brilliant to see his shop and to hear his knowledge. Great work/video Leon fantastic with the cam 👍
No one can touch him and TB Shrimp.. period.
Thank you, James! Glad you enjoyed it👍
Thank you leon, this video is great because of you. You are very professional and you do very good job. It’s an honour to be part of your TH-cam channel 🙏🏻
It's an honor for me to film your beautiful shrimp, Kelvin. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us. I learned a lot from you!
What I found most interesting is when Kevin talked about the giant tank at the last part of the video. Firstly, he is testing Jun Master soil with some success. It's decently cheap in Singapore, I might use it for my future tank. Secondly, he's using UGF connected to a canister filter, that's a novel idea! Gonna need to head down to his store one day and talk to him about this setup.
I was amazed at how experienced is Kelvin with the shrimp. You should definitely visit his shop one day its awesome experience
Awesome shrimps these made me to go and buy some shrimps for myself today😍😍
Thanks for the video
Kelvin is the king of the Boa ❤
Indeed!
Great video! What I like most is your Sony GM16-35 lense. so clear so superb!
Thanks, it's awesome lens indeed after I upgraded to GM II it became even better!
When shrimp mania drops a new video, I feel like I buy more different shrimps 😂❤
Great content as usual shrimp mania ❤. Amazing shrimp store ❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it, buddy!
These shrimps are next level, in Europe Kevin works with Yukishrimp, they got all his assortiment and can provide them for a fair price. Owner of yukishrimp has been trained and working with Kevin for years, he is a true master breeder. I am expecting them in a few weeks, cant wait! Also Yuki has the perfect food and is always willing to advise on setup.
Great video , fantastic breeder
Dude great video! U ask a lot of questions we want answers to. Keep up the good work. What’s next??? 🤔
Glad you enjoyed Mario! Next? Hmm..will probably do some boring stuff in the shrimp room
I'm waiting for this video for a long time. Thanks for content like this. I have a happy day when ShrimpMania drops a new video.
Thank you for your kind words. Appreciate your support buddy!🙏
All of them are great, but some of those strains are amazing!!!
Outstanding video ❤
Thanks 🤗
Kelvin's low grades are my high grades
True for me as well😂
I am curious about his bacterial powder, lubao feeder bags, recipe and process.... Seems like the food he uses works great and doesn't foul the water. @12:40 Anyone have tips on the food?
I'm excited and my wallet is crying.
Just remember shrimp are amazing
Do TB Shrimp next!!!
Nice video, I live in Portugal and I've been trying to get some Boa shrimp and others that are a little different but I can't, does anyone know stores in Europe where I can buy them?
👍👍👍
Also my friend, please tell me what lens you are using on the handheld camera? It's so good at getting shrimp and vlog? Surely not a 24-70?
Ah it looks like 16-35, I need to try this more because I also have one..
@@SimplyAquaticCT It is 16-35, if you buy it make sure you get Mark II, it has a closer focus distance that works way better to film the shrimp. I just upgraded from Mark 1 and it's a huge difference for me
@@ShrimpMania Ah okay that's the secret, I still have the MK1 and it just doesn't deliver the same results. I'm also considering the 90mm Macro however for the close ups 😬
@@SimplyAquaticCT Mark I still work ok, I did a Shrimps Affair video with it and it was ok for vloging and filming shrimp at the same time. But that 5cm shorter distance on Mark II gives you a better result. Yes, I used 90mm for macro. In this video Kelvin also filmed his shrimp with his Canon 100mm macro lens, I think it does a better job than sony 90mm, the orange boas macros made on the canon and they look very sharp and it can get a bit closer
@@ShrimpMania amazing, thanks for sharing the info! I have also used the canon 100mm a few years ago and it's a fantastic lens, but like you I'm a sony guy 😬😄
amazing. so what soil is best to get now for Caridina? thx
Not many choices now. Ada if you still can find it
@@ShrimpMania sadly i cant find it here in Australia. Is there anything else as i was hoping to get into the Caridina shrimp hobby. Thx
@@its_elser Yes if you are in the US you can use Brightwell soil. I heard it can lower pgh to 5.5. I'd love to try it but it's not available here
@@its_elser oh my bad, you said Australia sorry, don't know much about your country
I have kept red cherry shrimps for a few months and was thinking of myself as an expert...... but there are many a few million levels above me.
Yes this is another level that I even couldn't imagine
Can you please go to madshrimp I went there and it was very fun
Maybe next time
How to make that greenwall if you are here in the US?
Bacterial powder should help
Is there pet's prawns?
Is chiller is important for keeping caridina varieties?
Yes, If its too hot in your room
@@ShrimpMania otherwise no need?
@@richshalom7765 if you can manage to keep the temp below 24C you don't need one
Do you know anyone who sells Caridina shrimp like that in the UK/Europe?
Message to Kelvin, he can export to Europe
Brooooooooo
Wow I fell in love with the black fancy’s 😍 he definitely has the best quality shrimp in the world! 🫡🏆🙌🏾 love his products as well, food and bacteria powder are loved by my ocean blues! 🙏🏾🙌🏾😏
