I suffer from unexpected unexplained stomach pain and fatigue 😞 when I’m having an attack this seem to calm me down. I have had lots of anxiety over the past 4 years since I started feeling weird things going on in my stomach. This is really taking over my life. there's an interesting science study i read somewhere of people who were packed off to a hotel where everything was set up to be like 50 years ago - papers, clothes, ball games, tv shows etc. And they sent these people in their 70s off there for a week or something and were just told 'be who you were 50 years ago' - and after the study their cholesterol levels were down, their hearts were healthier, their moods improved, their eyesight even had improved... i wish i could remember the study it was on a ted talk. but it seems the solution to aging is to decide not to and not let a number dictate who you are

No it was not tinnitus this time.
I almost lost my hearing, Even purchased a pair of earphones on line. Never got to wear bc healed with this video. It was during quaranting from The 1st shut in March I listened to my wireless earphones day and night 24:7(even when I slept, one day I had them off my husband was talking to me and I did not hear him.
I immediately irrigated my ears?
