On this I loved the craftsmanship on the lathe, but the proper file technique, and acid into water ( so many people do that backwards on TH-cam and it drives me crazy). Dear Mr Patina. I've watched many of your restorations to my absolute joy. This one that I have just watched reminded me of what an excellent job you do, not just in the restoration, but in the filming, the photography and not least, the magical humour. You take a worn out mechanics tool, and turn it in to a work of art in the visual and physical aspect. The ratchet spanner has also now become an object of beauty. But it always was. You have released that beauty and the design.
There is superb work here at every level. Engineering, film making, photography and story telling.
    Well done.
