    I feel like the reason the flat earthers episode is the most watched is because it is such a non issue. Most of the other episodes tho, discuss such heavy topics that you can’t really enjoy watching them. You just start questioning life.

      The "women version" of dad body is still considered "jacked" and requires actual body building, just with a belly. The actual version of dad body is overeating and working. I have never seen a 20 to 30yo women actually finding the real dad body as attractive as a guy with just 12-15% bodyfat. Exceptions proof the rule.

      Someone who is funny is more attractive than someone who isn’t.
      Someone who has the capacity to be be emotionally involved is more attractive than someone who isn’t.
      That doesn’t mean these are the only important traits obviously, but compared to not having them it’s definitely a benefit much like being healthier and fitter is as well

      Interestingly, I'm kind of on his side. My mom didn't spank me on the butt. It was more like a slap on the palm. It'd sting but not humiliate. I think it was useful as a child when emotions often govern stronger than reason. To have something that shocks for a second and almost brings you back to reason. But the reason was always laid out as well. It's just kids can have strong emotions, be stubborn and ignore reason. Once we can be reasoned with she never hit us again. All the times my teacher told me to stand as punishment I just thought of how to get out asap.

      As I always say: How a cliché can become a cliché? That's because généralisation comes from a part of truth. Like blacks love rnb, hip hop and rap - Texas people are more conservative and true 50% of gays are féminine.
      But, we dont all think the same. Our différent backgrounds and experiences mold our personal tastes and beleives.

    I would say that it is absolutely possible for you to work hard and NOT become rich. The very phrase "rich enough" bares massive interpretation so there is never an easy answer there. Someone could work every hour of everyday of their life and not achieve the status of "rich". There is the possibility that the people you work with are affecting your opportunity to succeed, and not everyone is taught how to recognize/avoid those situations. There is a lot of different cases is all I'm trying to say

      Yes, there are matriarchal cultures, but they are largely small communities and self contained.

    Bloods and Crips was the best episode by far. Goes to show that so much of these discussion are always going to be gravitated to by middle class people who are removed from the problems, but desperate to give their opinion and feel validated. But soon as you get a room full of people together who despite their tribalistic feuds and the controversy they face by even being in the room, have suffered the same things, they're able to have a real grown up discussion.

    Being black has nothing to do with not being spanked. I got spanked and came up just fine. I was not traumatized by it. All of my sisters are successful respectable adults. We don’t have anger issues. We are complimented about our kindness actually. Yes there may be some cases where people are angry but that’s not the majority. Spanking is not the same as beating a child or hitting them on the hand.
