Mate, you unlock the suit on level 32. When you finish the plot you have an option to create new game+ when you can play the plot from the beginning but with every item you have unlocked so far.

I don’t know if anybody knows this but when you do the instinct take down you can do it again if your really fast even if you don’t have enough focus.
