He refuses to die to someone inferior. He gives it his all in any fight he is in. As he said, only an equal may taste his final breath. And if he is to die. He will die roaring. And he indeed did. Think about it to be honest I think he might be the most powerful one in this universe, he killed most of the sinister six! basically killed Spider-Man if Harry didn’t give him the suit, kidnapped miles. And the only thing that was able to kill him was not from the earth that’s crazy. On top of all that he managed to put up a very good fight against a raged oversized venom!!
He was also dying of stage four cancer in all of this, so he wasn't even close to peak form. Terrifying what he'd be like in his prime. He'd be like a super hard Dark Souls boss.
In the comics when Kraven had a bit of a crisis over not being able to beat Spider-Man he pushed himself harder then ever and nearly killed Spider-Man. He buried him alive, stole his suit, and proved he would be a more effective hero than Peter ever was. Good stuff.
They missed a trick not having Kraven be Venom. He would be the ultimate hunter with the symbiote. Would explain how Venom is so large too as Kraven is an imposing dude

@@KidBuu651 the fact he has Peter's intelligence and abilities, but also has lightning attacks and invisibility. He rescues Peter several times in the game, and even Harry at the very end. He's able to go toe to toe with Venom without the anti-venom suit. He hardly ever puts a foot wrong. Peter even says "why does this city need me, when it's got you." The game basically makes Peter look bad and Miles look perfect.
Well for the first confrontation between Spider-Man and Kraven I think Kraven got Spider-Man off guard because he was focusing on his hunters and saving Conners.
Man Insomniac Games absolutely nailed Kraven in the game, he was so intimidating in every scene, had an amazing presence, an unstoppable hunter, the way he took out 4 of the sinister six was insane. Jim Pirri was the perfect voice actor for Kraven. Loved the theme too, so ominous and epic. His final fight against Venom was the perfect send off for his character.
That’s exactly how I imagined him as a kid, a hunter with huge balls drinking some spirituals shits and fighting some character stronger than him just for the adrenaline. Insomniac did him justice.
To think that Kraven took on supervillains WITH superpowers, while Kraven literally had 0 super abilities other than his combat skill and muscles… damn, props to that.
Dude is ripping apart metal with his bare hands, overpowering spiderman hand to hand, evading the spidersense, taking what are clearly lethal puncture wounds, and being flung 60+ft into hard surfaces. If he has no superpowers, then there's some massive hand waving of physics for the sake of the story.
