I booked the Thar Roxx on the very first day with MM Motors, yet my car is still not allocated. Customers who booked after me have already received their vehicles, but mine is delayed. I’ve escalated this multiple times to the AGM and CEO of MM Motors, visited them personally to get a confirmation, but they keep blaming Mahindra, saying the delay is from their side. Mahindra needs to address this issue and prioritize delivering vehicles to customers who booked first, rather than focusing on new bookings, price hikes, or promotional offers. My experience with 3XO Derik Motors Tirunelveli Showroom ponapo No response.. Finally they given me test drive, Test drive car has issues.. Left window is not closing properly.. Boot is not opening at all.. They took the booking for AX5 & told me March 2025 delivery possible But no calls afterwards from their side.. Two days back I called them.. They simply telling it may delay but we don't know when.. I booked Skoda Kylaq in Tirunelveli and the showroom experience was super smooth.. They even offered me test drive with kushaq and said same engine will be in Kylaq.. Also read reviews of Nellai Mahindra service.. It's a nightmare to get a car with them I hope it's the same everywhere..

And after market la modification parts genuine xxx company parts nu solluranga and it is affordable and why is it expensive in xxx showroom why is it ? Or after market modification garrage is cheating us saying it is genuine parts .Hope you reply or talk about this querie. It is not only for me but many who had thoughts in tha moto family

I booked thar roxx at lauch date they said i can get within this year but no response so I cancelled n booked scorpio n they said i will get within 10 days bt no response again, then I cancelled again n booked frm another branch with in 2 days im gonna get it delivered
TH-camrs should also held responsible for customers hardships..because they fall for influencers hyping a product..!dont thooking sembhu for any company even though its indian brand..!

After market modifications ku pona warranty la impact aagum. Mainly for touchscreen and electronics related stuff.
