I have a polyclonal Tcr, my duodenum flow cemetery showed positivity for cd45, dn cd4, cd56, cd103, positive cd8 and a total absence of cd19.
Is the absence of cd19 that lead me to have a seronegative cd? I have been tested several times for iga de deficiency but my values were always around 1,6 despite a total villi atrophy.
