How to Install a RotopaX on Kimbo Camper - Overlanding Water Container

In this video I install a rotopax 2gal water container on my Kimbo truck camper rv campervan. The same mount can be used for the fuel packs as well.

Hi Junior, I repair campers and trailers and purchase them at Copart auctions. This is the first and only Kimbo I have seen come up from auction and it was at the auction yard 20 minutes from me, talk about getting lucky! I do plan to sell this unit after I have some more fun camping with it.

On the interior, does it just go straight from insulation to the felt panels, or any other layer? Sidenote, what type of insulation is it do you know?

Hey Robert, the suede/felt is glued to the foam insulation panel, so it’s just one piece and then the exterior aluminum wall. It’s 1” DuPont Styrofoam

Hi can you tell me what the thickness is off the kimbo alloy body .it looks quiet thick when you drilled through it thank you.

I think they are 1/8" or 3/16"
