Had a friend fail at candy ( according to him was lead astray at paint shop, but possibly user error ) and turned him on to your channel, also told his girl that she’d end up watching ,too, b/c your voice!! Apologies, Darnel for taking your thread here lol!
I used to do custom installs waaaaaay back in the day, and I worked with some really talented people. You sir are a world class installer! No fancy equipment or gimmicky router patterns, just pure old school talent. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Dude this was an amazing video I want you to know that I watched every single second of it you are truly an artist and a pro I loved how you showed all the detail I’m very appreciative of this video hopefully I’ll try it one day lol
Once I start watching his videos I can’t stop watching because I know he’s going to turn some very ordinary thing into something that is a custom hand made piece of art, he’s really talented and has a great way of talking me thru what he’s doing. I just can’t say enough good things about him and his craft.
@@SprayWayCustoms Hey SprayWay as the only solid lady supporter in your entire channel. By now I most definitely should be a permanent moderator to your channel.
You’re one of the most talented custom automotive artists I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your work for others to view. It’s such a great resource!
This man's work is on point. I can only imagine what he could do with a fitted out woodshop w/cnc ect. His work is already as good if not better then shops with all that. Skills
You have a high degree of artistic ability combined with woodworking skills. Audio artistry at its finest. Thank you for sharing your methods and designs.
@SprayWayCustoms you are such an inspiration brother. I'm doing a 96 obs and I'm watching your videos all day learning off you. I can't thank you enough
Me and my sons were talking about we need to put speakers in the door and we were out looking at the car and it came to me while we were talking and said to them let’s check your channel and this popped up and is almost exactly what we’re trying to think of my 87 Monte so at this point we are using your channel for all info on how to restore and customize our car so thank u
Ran into your channel, back in the day I did work like this ,man I miss the 80 and 90s I’m 55 now and a commercial electrician . Your video was on point with the detail. I have an older 2000 f250 with plain doors you just motivated me to put sound system in my work truck. Keep safe and remember to use PPE
I have been high performance engines & high end fabrications for over 20 years myself, including building high end & custom stereo systems. Even tho I have worked with some big name places, I'm still mostly what you call a "backyard / garage " type technician or mechanic. Myself & a few of my long time freinds who all do the same. And yet there's nothing mediocre about my work. I can build right up there with the best of the best. Ironically, us so called "backyard / garage" types do some of the best work many times. We still have the passion, we're not just riding the coat tails of a big name company who also just spits work out as fast as possible to make money. I'm not saying all big name places/ companies are like this, but too many times this is the case. Also there are many backyard garage types who have no business working on anything. Regardless this video is to my point, a smaller garage mechanic tech who is doing work that is show quality. This all has been spot on! So I'm sending a shout out from NYC / long island area to you
What I like about watching your video's...and Ive watched a lot of them, is you never make it seem like this is work for you. It always looks like a craft, creativity, passion...that kind of gift is in a league all by itself.
If you try installing some LEDs on the speaker areas like the ones they have for boat speakers it would look boom. You have done beautiful work and great ideas.SHOUT YOU.
As i watched I was questioning all the chemicals and different products. Ive had disasters mostly from high humidity. I was surprised, this project turned out awesome!
Sprayway your hands are blessed, your skills are amazing and you inspire me with every video you make. You make this look so easy but it is not. Thank you for sharing your abilities 💪🏽❤️
I'm definitely want to command this man for this video step by step showing you all of his work and techniques I've seen a lot of videos and they cut so many corners as if I'm taking money out of their pocket because they're showing me what they did this man right here is the real truth does amazing work in his view should be through the roof
Amazing video as always!! Seems like forever since the last time I installed a custom stereo, but this gave me a lot of ideas for the next time I do!! Again I have to say you do some truly wonderful work!!! Thank you for a great video!!!
@@SprayWayCustoms Thank you I will have to look that up, I am currently building a portable stereo system built out of a car stereo and a couple of batteries for a computer battery back up!! If what I am building works, I will be able to charge it on a single small solar panel OR a trickle charger designed for motorcycle batteries!! I basically want and need an "off grid radio" for where we live we got a lot of power outages and flooding!! Plus I like to camp from time to time!! So this type of radio system would be handy to have!!
You did a fantastic job! I can offer one suggestion, that is, when cutting plastic run your saw blade backwards for a cleaner cut. This is a trick that was learned when cutting vinyl siding with a plywood blade. Other than that, Keep Up the Good Work.
@@SprayWayCustoms I've been a licensed contractor for many years and know quality work when I see it. You do quality workmanship and I figure it's good to pass on tricks learned in the field over time. It's a good idea to have designated tools for designated jobs because larger tools with backwards blades can and will cause kickbacks on other materials such as wood. Possibly causing bodily injury. I've worked with guys who had a habit to tie off their saw guards, that is a procedure that I personally would never use. All that it takes is one momentary lapse of thought to alter someone's life permanently. I brought it up because I felt that it is a trick that would come in handy in your case. Even if you never use it, at least you know about it.
Awesome work. I'm wanting to build full out custom fiberglass door panels rear deck and fiberglass roof. Alot of Awesome info in your videos and clear and easy to understand. That's y your the main channel I watch for this kinda stuff.
